Coming from out of state for a couple days. We really wanted to try Anjou again. So we drove to the old spot. Luckily they had a sign on the window of where they moved to (basically across the street to a more open and nicer location.

This local spot is by far some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Belly up to the counter and let the chefs guide you through amazing sushi experience. Plus they are entertaining! And get the yuzu sauce on white fish. Thank me later!

Very fresh fish and good quality sushi. This place is snall and they don’t take reservations, so come as early as possible if you want good sushi and a very reasonable price. I really like their blue crab handroll and seabass egg roll. Seabass egg roll is the first time I see it on a Japanese restaurant menu, fresh fish fries to perfection with their ponzu sauce. What supprise me most is this restaurant been open since 1982, talk about tradition sushi and history. Must come if you in Orange County.

My parents took me here. They love actual raw sushi . I’m more of a roll eater but I tried some of the plain raw legit sushi and it was very fishy . Which I’m guessing is how it’s supposed to be. And my parents think very highly of this place so I’m going to take their word and say this is 5! If I liked raw fish, I would prob like it too. But it wasn’t bad. I really like their baked dishes. Man that was heavenly.

Great sushi! You get two pieces of nigiri per order and the quality and portion were all great. The staffs and chefs are nice. Not a huge venue and may fill up quickly. I’d recommend sitting at the bar instead of at the table.

We were looking for AYCE sushi for dinner tonight but apparently that’s hard to find in this area.

Authentic straight from Japan sushi place. No frills, no crazy rolls. Just the basic rolls done well and incredibly fresh. Even the sushi rice is the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the rainbow roll. Two old Japanese guys make the sushi. All of the staff and customers are Japanese. We were the only white people in there but we felt very welcome.

Decent place. The menu they gave seemed somewhat limited. Of what we had, the tuna tatake was the best.
