DELICIOUS!! Best pineapple whip I’ve had on the island, it was so creamy and perfectly flavored. I also got the white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream which was to die for and the coconut ice cream which was incredible!! Also, pretty reasonably priced, about $5 per scoop. Good location next to grocery store, gas station and other restaurants. Safe area with nice outdoor seating, we loved eating and watching the sunset!

We came twice in the week staying in Laie. The Ube ice cream is SO GOOD! The snow cones are great too. I loved the strawberry flavor.

First time trying Hawaiin shaved ice and it was great. The consistency of the ice is very smooth, and the portions are huge! We each got a small and it was more than we could finish eating. You can choose up to 3 flavors and the traditional way is to have it with condensed milk and whipped cream, which I tried for the first time. Definitely recommend.

I had a very enjoyable mint chocolate chip shake. Very enjoyable. They only allow four people in the store at a time so be prepared to stand in line outside. There are a number of round covered tables just outside however due to people waiting in line it may be a challenge to find a seat. Evidently this is a cashless only establishment so be ready to pay with a card or possible some other cashless transaction. It was ranked 5 stars because I did have a visit with no issues and the staff was nice. Not sure if I would pull off the Highway just to visit the ice cream shop.

They are not familiar with gluten free options. They said their gluten free product is the soft serve. They claimed ice cream is not usually gluten free… which it almost always is (unless there are cookies/ brownies in it) and they claim not to have ingredient lists. My husband got a lychee shaved ice, it tasted like bubblegum and he loves lychee flavor usually. They also have three different menus up with three different prices and it’s really expensive right now. Overall- I would not recommend this place.

Staff is consistently nice and friendly. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Food quality isn’t great. Shave ice is small portioned, over flavored / soupy and expensive. I tried it again yesterday for some soft serve and found it to be more icy than creamy and again expensive ($8 for a medium cone with mandatory tip)

Went here because it was supposed to be one of the most affordable Shave Ice places according to a menu picture. Don’t let it cool you, they’ve upped their prices by about 30% in the last months.
