I was totally blown away. This has got to be one of the most underrated pizzerias, in the greater hartford area from each detail, I was blown away from the wood grain all the way to the towel on the floor to the beautiful and scenic decorative pieces on the walls. You can tell that they spent money on their establishment. It was immaculate, I mean clean from head to toe. The owner, is it awesome? Very friendly man who does his best every day. I was craving a calzone & someone on CT Reddit suggested Andi’s — boy am I glad! The small calzone was HUGE, and I’ll easily get 3-4 meals out of it. My partner wanted to order white sauce, and the lovely employee on the phone was so apologetic at the fact that they don’t have a white sauce (totally fine!). They apologized again when I went to pick up the food, and were so gracious and kind in general. The calzone was hot, fresh, and delicious and the marinara & ricotta were clearly very fresh. Andi’s is definitely a hidden gem & I’m glad to have discovered them sooner rather than later!

-**UPDATE!!** – I just ordered from here, late night like 5 min before they closed, for delivery to boot! (SO Sorry, did not realize they closed at 9 !) but OMG the food was DELICIOUS! The pizza was hot, the wings were steaming hot and the garlic bread was CHEF’s KISS!! I will continue to order at Andi’s as long as the quality stays like this!!
I ordered a steak and cheese grinder…. What would you expect on a grinder from a menu that says steak and cheese? Just that, right? Steak. Cheese. Roll. Period. Nope, not here because what is this nonsense with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes?? And the only warning you have is a blanket statement on top saying all their grinders come with those toppings which… I clearly missed but then how is it my husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak, under the same menu and guess what didn’t come on his?…. Mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. And why is that? Because those ingredients don’t belong on these types of grinders but I digress.
ANYWAY… besides my oversight, let’s not neglect the fact I basically paid for a sub roll of lettuce and mayo because there is BARELY any meat. And I asked for extra cheese and onions . Where were those?! So disappointed bc typically their food is good but they were super busy and their quality definitely was compromised by that

I went here tonight and was pleasantly surprised at what I discovered at Andi’s. The place has a light, airy feel, made even better by the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Thanks for making the best cheese pizza I’ve had in years. You can tell it was made with love. Don’t sleep on this place. The sauce is good too, I wish I went home with some.

My family and I have eaten here many times and we are always happy with our food! Service is excellent they actually care about their customers and they are so sweet to my kids every time we dine in. Pizza is also delicious probably the best in Manchester! I highly recommend giving them a try!!!!

I would give this place a 5 star but… I couldn’t even fully enjoy my meal because I got extremely aggravated. I called and placed an order for delivery and the girl over the phone was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I’ve never ordered from here before so I was just simply asking what drinks they have and she just automatically started giving me an attitude. Then, after placing the order she jotted down my address and apparently it was wrong, so I ended up getting a call from the delivery driver to confirm the right address. It took over an hour to get my food so I called back and the same chick answered the phone, resulting in me hanging up because of more given attitude. Like.. why? People just really don’t know how to treat others anymore and it’s sad. The food was delicious & I really enjoyed their buffalo chicken wrap, but idk if I’d order over the phone again. Next time, I’ll just go in person so if someone wants to give me an attitude, they could do it in front of me instead!

I’ve been eating here for quite some time now, and I feel like since I ordered the last few times, my food has not been good. Today 12/13/25, I ordered a white pizza with broccoli (delicious) and a chicken cutlet grinder. The chicken on the grinder was rubbery, my chicken was cold, the amount of mayo on it was absurd. I feel like they tried to hide the chicken with the amount of mayo. In my opinion I feel like the cooked the chicken earlier, or the day before and refried/reheated and turned rubbery, I don’t know, just wasn’t right. I had a chicken jerky sandwich at that point. The chicken they made before was 10x better, this one ain’t it, sorry..
