The Amuni Italian restaurant is located in the Amici building. It has a great selection of Italian dishes. We ask for a special request and they were able to accommodate us. You know only a scratch kitchen can do this. The lunch menu has a great selection with affordable pricing. They close at 2:45 pm and reopen at 5:00 pm with a dinner menu and prices adjusted for dinner. We visited during the lunch hours. We did take out and I was impressed with their packaging to avoid spillage. We had the fettuccine carbonara, chicken parmesan, and a large pepperoni pizza. All were delicious. The pizza was not on the lunch menu but available upon request. The service was great and the restaurant is family owned. It was obvious that the family cares about giving their guest a great dining experience.

Everything was fresh and the right temp. Not very busy on a Friday night, but we had the escargot, cheese bread and lamb and it was ALL delicious. Lamb was cooked perfect. We brought on a Montepulciano from the Alexandria market. Paired well with everything.

For those who loved Amici Signature Italian, the same great food and service are now available again at Amuni Italian. The menu is very similar and recipes are the same. The quality is amazing and even to go had the same level of detail and freshness. Highly recommend!
