I never tried Chipotle before but for a restaraunt thats as new as it the cleanliness left alot to be desired the tables where all dirty. When it came time order my drink the menu says beer. I asked about a beer to go with my burrito. The staff looked at me like I said something wrong and said we don’t have alcohol. Then why dose the sign in the restaraunt say beer on it 4.50 and 5.00. And I understand if you don’t have it but to look at me like I asked for something that isn’t advertised on your menu right above your heads. And have an appalled look on your face at the same time isnt very welcome to the restaurant

I come to this location very often and there is NEVER a time where the tortilla chips aren’t burnt! It’s been happening for over a year now. They are over cooked and stale and have no flavor and it constantly ruins the whole meal. Same with the hard taco shells. This place cost too much to have to constantly dig in a bag full of chips to find some that aren’t over cooked!

First Ill say that we eat here frequently. Once a month or so since opening. We always enjoy the food. In the past the only problems have been the slow counter with 1 employee and a backed up line. And occasionally you have to ask for a table to be cleaned and then wait. ( The lone counter worker also dies tables. ) They get busy I get it and never really complained.
The issue now is bot that prices went up, Like everyplaxe else. But I just paid $11 for a bowl, was charged an additional $5 for extra meat because I was initially given 11 little pieces. Now the complaint…. I had 16 pieces of steak that were nothing but fat and grizzel. Couldnt chew it. I should have just dropped my $5 bill in the trash can.

Top notch place to eat….good every single time ….they never drop the ball always on point……100 percent would recommend. The burritos are amazing and filling. They always are made with fresh ingredients.

The last three times I have ordered on door dash from this location, they did not put the correct toppings on the burrito bowl. The most recent time ordering, this evening, they did not put ANY toppings!! This location has went downhill extremely fast. This will be my last time ordering from here, unfortunately!

Waited 30min in line for my order to be taken, and 1 person in front of me very messy and won’t be coming back to this location, employees need to be retrained to clean as they go. I’m very disappointed and disgusted!!

Placed order for pick up online for a specific time. The website is what it wanted and placed it or ASAP. No matter what you say, or do, you cannot get a hold of a human being. When I finally showed up for my cold food, I let them know what was going on and their response, simple and heroic.. “okay” this is pretty standard for most places anymore so I’m not surprised. Stay home and make your own food
