Burrito was good. Restaurant was a mess. No ice in the machine. Condiment area was a mess. Trash overflowing the trash can. Bathroom was dirty. Not many customers and 4 staff standing around talking to each other. Sad that the area waited so long for a Chipotle and it’s run poorly!

Went at 9pm (they’re open until 11pm currently) and find they have everything torn apart to clean DURING HOURS. I was going to get tacos, nope, deep fried is down.. chips, ditto. Went to fill my drink to realize the lemonades that I like are all down for cleaning! This is the second time I’ve been in this particular location in about 3 months and have been disappointed BOTH times.

Been to many locations all over the country last 15 years and have been outstanding. Not this one in Calcutta. I get they just opened for a few months now. People were waiting and looking forward to be in Calcutta for a while. It’s too bad it’s disappointing. Training is lacking. Seasoning, too salty in some ingredients. Guacamole is too salty. Cold food. Generally its warm food being taco’s, burritos, bowls but, the white corn mix is so cold when added on top, it makes the steak even colder than it already is, so the whole plate is cold. Mix veggies are mushy soggy not crisp when they have them. Steak is very hard and chewy as others have said. Chicken is par grilled taste seasoned. Al Pastor chicken is ok. They were out of the veggies and the server was pretty rude couldn’t care less attitude about it which seems to be a popular. Woman ringing up customers seemed annoyed with people and didn’t want to be there, not friendly. Customers are catching on, the lines are not too long now which is what they deserve for sub quality and service. Probably being generous with 2 stars.

I understand they just opened, but this location definitely needs improvement. The line takes excessively long. Also out of chicken, brown rice, etc. Not enough prep people to keep things moving. Some of the staff are not mindful of customers’ orders, so they end up making mistakes (though they were all very friendly, just need better training). I got nearly 1/3 cup worth of the hottest salsa poured on my burrito. It was practically inedible, but didn’t want to wait in line again. The layout is also poor as the line wraps around the entire eating area. Salem location is better. I really hope they can work through the issues and improve, though.

Had items missing and ingredients missing from another item. Went back and got one of the 3 I was missing and that was pretty much the issue when returning but at that point I just wanted to go home and eat. Idk how you miss ingredients like lettuce in a salad but hey.. Do you I guess. And you better hope you don’t have to call the store itself because that’s damn near impossible. Call and of course it’s some automated thing. Can’t even talk to a person and if you do then it’s at some call center for the place.. Why is it so hard to talk to anyone without having to drive back to the place??

Walked in to order a chicken quesadilla. Was told if I wanted one I’d have to order in the app and go through the digital drive through….they do not make them at the front counter. Turns out there are many items at this location you can’t just walk in and order. So I went to my car, downloaded the app, placed my order, and waited. The app never updated to tell me it was ready so I just proceeded to go through the line to get it. It was ready but after I left the app told me they were going to be late making my order….I already had it. The chicken was over cooked and dry and tasted terrible, the shell was dry, stiff, and over heated and the sour cream was as thin as water. Not at all impressed…El Paso is a better choice and Taco Bell would have been better. I won’t be going back.

I came here with my husband and small children. We were a little nervous with all the bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! We had a good experience. The service was good and we all loved the food. Well done Chipotle!

It’s so convenient to order online and pick up, but when you do I feel you get less. I guess you have to go in and go through the line to actually get what you want. Cause if you do the pick up window you can tell its not the same.

Ok, so this is not the Chipotle I get in Youngstown, Boardman, Salem, or anywhere else. This was ridiculous. The portions were very small. One of our bowls were half filled. Now people who have had Chipotle in the locations I have mentioned before, know that it is bigger potion sizes. The food was also cold. I ordered on the app and set the pickup time for 5:30 my mom got there at 5:25 and they had it all ready. Welcome to Calcutta, everything here goes down hill and becomes trash. Corporate needs to come in an clean it up that is the only way this location might have the chance.
