I don’t usually write reviews but we had a fantastic delicious dinner with big party for a birthday and they did an amazing job! It was a complete staff effort, they were so attentive and brought people out of the kitchen to help our waitress. The pizza is fantastic!! I personally had the Chicago style but our party enjoyed all 3 styles. The rolls are scrumptious and the pizza is made with that same dough. and all the ingredients were fresh. My husband had the tortellini and said it was the best he’s had since being in Italy, the sauce was so good, the peas, mushrooms and prosciutto abundant and clearly fresh. We brought dessert and stayed late with no pressure from them. Most of my comments about the staff came as we were leaving realizing how polite and effortless it all was and we just focused on the company, not needing to seek out water or wine refills. Highly recommend this restaurant for the food and service for small or large party!!!

We were told by a friend to try this place, he’s a regular at the Manchester location. He claimed that the cheese garlic bread was the best “in the world” and that the house salad dressing would blow your mind – he was absolutely correct.

We loved dining here years ago and haven’t been here for a while. We tried a lunch a little after noon and it wasn’t good. A fly was crawling around in the salad and died from the dressing by the time we were able to tell someone. Their response was that they couldn’t help from keeping flies from coming in and that happens. The owner offered to make us a new one, but who wants another salad from the same stock the fly came from not to mention that it looked like the lettuce had been chopped a couple days ago and some of it was a bit browned and wilted. They never offered to take it off the bill. The diet Pepsi tasted like there had been soap left in the glass. They took that off the bill. The croutons and the French fries tasted like grease. The temperature must have been too low on the oil. There weren’t many people in the restaurant and it smelled like they needed to empty the dish water. A total disappointment. The waitress was nice.

We went here yesterday on a whim because the place we originally planned to eat at was unexpected closed.

The first 2 times we tried to get Amis we were never waited on so we left. We finally decided to try it 1 more time and got takeout. We ordered a pizza and chicken wings. The pizza had no flavor and when taking a bite, all of the toppings would slide off because the cheese was so thick. The chicken wings tasted like freezer burn. We spent $40 just to throw it all away.

I don’t know how this place has a rating over 4 …. went there today (07/07/23) because I’ve been craving Chicago style deep dish … this is NOT it – 2 stars is a gift; I should have listened to the 1 & 2 stars reviews posted for this place. Sauce on top – Can’t even call it sauce – more like strained canned stewed tomatoes thrown on top … crust was decent … the filling? Might as well be any of the generic national chains … overall – I’ve had better frozen pizza. 1st & last time I go to this place.

We’ve been eating here for several years and have really enjoyed their St. Louis style Super pizza. The last two times we have ordered the Super we have seen a marked deterioration in the taste. It used to be exceptional, now it is at best just average. Something has changed over the last few months. We won’t give them another chance, they must of changed chefs or something.

Just had their Eggplant Parmesan and a side of Onion Rings. I’m bumping them up star. The eggplant was nearly fork tender everywhere along the rim (only a single edge on 5 pieces had a little resistance) and the center wasn’t cooked to mush (a common side effect to get the outside tender).

Came here with my dad and the food was delicious! My dad got the house salad and toasted ravioli and I ordered the half spaghetti half ravioli. Will definitely be back!

Would have received five stars but there could have been a better application of toppings. We got the impression that the person serving was not normally a member of the wait staff, as they seemed a bit lost. However staff did arrive while eating. If you are in O’Fallon and love New York style, come here. They have St. Louis and Chicago style, but their NY is the star. For thin, try one of the local chains.
