Just picked up an order of chicken tenders and I’m extremely disappointed. I waited an extra 20 Minutes for some of the worst tenders I’ve ever had. Pretty sure they gave me some random yellow sauce instead of anything resembling a Caribbean citrus sauce as well.

Conveniently located close to my job the food isn’t bad but the employees could be a little more pleasant. They really kind of made my family and I feel like hurry up and buy and get out! This place has really great food which may be their saving grace! Extremely POOR customer service! I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no updates like, “sorry for the wait we will be with you soon” or “thanks for holding we really value your business”! Just, “how can I help you”? When I reminded the male who answered the phone that I had been holding for over 10 minutes, his response was “how can I help you”…. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Do better!

I ordered wings via Uber Eats, I paid for drums only and placed a request of “wings naked and the sauce on the side” and I said if any questions to call and gave my number. I got drums and flats, and they were sauced! I attempted to call the store several times before contacting Uber and receiving a refund. I’ll be calling customer service. I wish Google would let us post photos.

I was so disgusted with this place. I asked to use the restroom and when I opened the door roaches crawled out. The toilet had feces splattered all over it. I told the guy that worked there and he just shrugged. I will never revisit this location again.

I gave this establishment two stars because of their name, America’s Best Wings. You can’t have a bold name and not back it up by producing the best wings in the country. You set high expectations which only lead to a failed outcome.

Oh my goodness I have been consistently please every time I’ve been to this restaurant. The food is great they cook the food to order the way that I asked not to mention that they have a plethora of flavors. Whatever you like concerning flavors is there. There tilapia is great and the staff is attention. If there is a problem and I have had two times where at I had a small problem the manager more than compensates for the mistakes. I love this restaurant and I would highly recommend it.

I have recently changed my review process so keep in mind I’m giving these guys some slack due to that. Called before visiting and the customer service was poor. Walking into the place it doesn’t look like a wing joint, which is fine. However, the cleanliness wasn’t great and once again customer service was poor. The girls at the counter were talking to each other and not welcoming or attentive. Popular sodas in drink fountain were good but others weren’t, syrup/water ratios were off. Food took a while, about 30 minutes. They charge 25 cents per sauce or seasoning but they’ll waive that if you’re paying with Samsung Pay because it’s cheaper to give you the sauce vs charging you again. The saving grace is the actual food. I had the 5 piece Tenders Combo. Chicken was great, fries were good. All the other aspects get 0 stars but the food gets a 4 for a median of 2 stars + 1 for slack.

I am in no hurry to go back. The place was completely empty when I walked in so I was serviced immediately. The prices were average the food was decent but nothing to write home about. The best thing about it was that the parking was free!
