I ordered honey and received plain wings. Good is fresh yet I didn’t get what I ordered. I made it to my destination and realized it was wrong.
(updated on 11/7) revisited them and ordered the SAME thing in hopes of my food being as it should. This time my wings actually have some kind of taste/sauce to them, however they have poor listening skills and DIS NOT ADHERE to me requesting my fries to have cheese. The cashier just kept saying “I don’t see cheese” your drive through employee apparently CANT hear either. 15 spent for food that was not fixed as requested is quite annoying. Won’t be seeing me anymore.

I will NEVER spend my money at American wings again! If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I had them one time before when they 1st opened which the food was ok then so I decided to give them another try tonight which ended up being a TERRIBLE decision. The guy in the drive through had an attitude from the moment he took our order from the moment we left the line. The name of the server on my receipt is “Soumya”. At the speaker I could tell that his tone was very off putting but I paid it no mind because I was hungry. I had two separate orders so When we got to the window me and my friend started to get our money together which he rushed us to do he even raised his voice at us. At this moment I was pissed because it was entirely uncalled for, MIND YOU there were only 2 other cars in line besides us. The next issue I had was that he argued with us about remaking our drinks. We asked for light ice and the cup was filled to the brim with ice so to stop the disagreement we asked him to just remake it without ice which he had an issue with but did it anyways. The cherry on top of the cake was once we got the food he proceeded to talk about us with his coworker which is highly unprofessional. The only reason i know this is because he left the drive through window open and with him being turned around i don’t he noticed we were still siting there. I started to react but I just drove off. Not only was the service trash but the food could’ve been way better I paid 20 dollars for a 10pc and bacon cheese fries which was outrageous because my wings barely had any seasoning & my fries weren’t fried hard like I asked. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone in Montgomery especially since there are wing places like Al’s Wings, Wings Daily, Mk Wings, etc that provide better food, better service, and by far way less prices. You’re wasting money coming here because you won’t enjoy it.

They are open 24hrs a day through the drive thru. And inside is I believe 7am to 10pm. Great selection of food. Everything I’ve tried surprised me how good it was. Including the breakfast. Cooked to order on most items. They have opened up two other locations from what I’ve seen.

I’ve been here so many times lol and if ever I decide to try something different on the menu, it’s DELICIOUS! I love the spins they put on the flavors with adding cumin and special spices. The service is great and they are always so friendly. I highly recommend trying them. Plus, they’re expanding to different locations so even more of a reason to give them a try.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad, and it was perfect! The chicken was tender, juicy, and had a great smoky flavor. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and the dressing tied everything together perfectly. Generous portion and left me feeling satisfied but not heavy. Highly recommend!

The food is great. The service is absolutely trash. Usually have young Indian women or men working, no one else. If they mess up your order, they will usually argue with you and rudely try to talk you into accepting their mistake. No customer service AT ALL, subpar employees, but good , convenient food.

Let me start off saying everything was delicious,clean store,the only reason I gave 4 stars for service because no interaction during the transaction which is fine and I get it but atleast recognize that you could possibly have returning customers that would gladly support the business but overall we ordered the Philly combo with the 5pc wings and we wasn’t disappointed at all the cheeses teak was seasoned and not throwed together onions,bellpeppers was chopped in the perfect slices ,the chicken was seasoned and not too overpowering with the lemon pepper and the fries had just the right amount of salt a small hint to give them flavor so we will be returning back soon thank you
