All staff this afternoon was so upbeat, genuinely caring to myself send other customers. Kaitlyn was attentive to anyone waiting, and anticipating customer needs. I’ll be back when I come over this way again. I tried 2 new drinks than I’ll share photos of both were delicious. Thanks for making me feel welcomed in your store and brightening my day.

I just had an experience that was bad to the point it felt offensive. My medium roast coffee was so overfull it was pouring out of the lid the entire ride home. My car and my clothes are covered in coffee. I had to hold it the entire home and it was obnoxiously hot on top of it and was legitimately painful the entire way home. WHY?!?!

I order the same item all of the time, but notice that it’s never blended to taste. I asked for another cup to properly combine the delicious white chocolate throughout, the team member states “we have stir sticks over there”. I never have this issue with the Starbucks on Capital Blvd- Raleigh. She gave me the cup, I rolled the beverage to incorporate the flavors and left satisfied.

I’m was just trying tot get my 2 refreshers and wrap. I ordered ahead on my app and it said 12-16 minutes. I’m glad I went ahead to the drive thru. The line was wrapped around the building. This location is BUSY on this Saturday evening. More help may not matter but two other locations are in the area. The time they gave for pick up was close. Impressed.

They need operational support here. Placed mobile order at 10:49am for 1 cold brew. I got there at 10:56am. It wasn’t given to me until 11:31am after 2 ppl asked me what I was waiting for. It took over 30 minutes for 1 coffee. Everyone who came in to place their orders in person got their stuff before me. Please work on your mobile order service to make sense w the traffic you have. The system isn’t working well.

It’s a place I go often since it’s near my home, but the wait is always too long. Today, I placed a mobile order from home—it took 7 minutes to get there, and then I waited over 10 minutes inside. After 3 PM, the place was nearly empty, yet it still took a long time to receive my drink. The staff didn’t seem busy at all. There were six employees, but they were chatting among themselves and didn’t appear to be working hard. Two groups of customers who arrived before me were still waiting while I got my drink. The Venti drink felt lighter than the Grande. I opened the lid and confirmed it. I wanted to lift my mood with a warm coffee on a rainy day, but I just ended up feeling poorer…

This was my first experience at a Starbucks, believe it or not. All I wanted was a simple hot tea, which I ordered. After standing and waiting for nearly 20 minutes, I finally went up to the counter and inquired about my order. They literally said to me. “ I’m sorry, we got busy and forgot about your order, but we’ll get it now“. Are you kidding me???

We ordered two Venti drinks in one grande drink. The two Venti drinks came with sleeves and the grande did not. I don’t know when Starbucks became so cheap that you can pay six dollars for a cup of coffee and not get a sleeve to hold it. Number one the coffee is very hot and uncomfortable to hold without a sleeve. Secondly, I did not think that a grande drink is less hot than a Venti drink? I was told this is a management decision at this particular location. Shameful.

This location constantly has a 20+ minute wait for the drive through then the drinks are usually poorly made. Frappuccinos are half full and no flavor. Management really needs to evaluate this location. Employees are friendly but seem understaffed.
