I go here all the time and always there is always something wrong with my order. Went today through the drive through and ordered a cold drink and a cake pop. Got to the window and payed for my things. Then when I get them there was no cake pop because the barista said I did not order one. Come to find out they put chocolate cold foam on my lemonade, disgusting. Thought it was just foam from the lemonade and then had to go back inside. They fixed my drink, but I still never got the cake pop and had to pay for the chocolate cold foam when I didn’t even want it. Ridiculous. Go to the one on Rogers road or even the Target, this one sucks.

Typical local Starbucks with the usual selection of coffee and goodies to enjoy while you have some downtime. The staff is very knowledgeable about the different choices of drinks that are made per your requests. Honestly I just get the Coffee Grande and enjoy it without adding all the sweetness If in the area stop by and get yourself a good cup and enjoy your coffee ☕

Drive-thru cashier took my card, presumably swiped it inside and then gave it back to me. I thought it was strange because they usually show you a prompt which asks if you’d like to leave a tip. I checked my bank account to find out that she gave herself a tip without asking me.

Yesterday morning we ordered 3 drinks for my family. About 4 hours later we all had a horrible bout of food poisoning (the only thing I can think of is the milk) we were all vomiting and made painful stomachs for about an hour straight- just awful. I called yesterday to let them know their milk may be sour and whoever answered the phone apologized but didn’t refund us or try to do anything at all for the inconvenience of literally poisoning us. The store is mostly ran by young adults so I’m not sure if they’re not paying attention to the dates on the jug or if there’s a milk machine not getting cleaned properly… be cautious. Will be going to Wakefield from now on 🙂
