The food is good most of the time but the prices have gotten ridiculous and the portion sizes can vary from visit to visit. We always check our food before the staff tries to tie the bag up, to be sure we get what we paid for. After spending $$$$ to feed the family during our last visit, I had the nerve to ask for a couple extra Yum Yum sauces and was told only 1 comes with each hibachi meal. They should really take into consideration how much customers are spending in their establishment in relation to charging $0.50 or more per additional sauce. Especially when Kroger and Walmart right down the street both sell the stuff in bottles – along with chicken, beef, shrimp, and vegetables. I absolutely do not mind paying for the convenience of not having to cook every day but I do not appreciate being nickled and dimed when I patronize your business and spend a significant amount of money.

I asked if the front counter employee if they had Wifi and she said yes so I went outside and got my laptop bag and unpacked it and opened up my computer (after ordering a combo hibachi) and then she didn’t know the Wi-Fi password!! I also noticed after I sat down, there’s nowhere for a customer to plug in at. So food is good but does not cater to students/teleworking/work while you eat crowd.

Please be careful eating at American Philly and wings on russell parkway. Yesterday me and my family went to get food and she was making Boba tea for another person and she stuck a spoon inside the lady’s drink and tasted it with out her permission clean the spoon off with water and continued to make others peoples drink with that same spoon. She also poured some of the lady’s drink out into a small cup and let another worker try it. The spoon was not cleaned properly after she put her mouth on it but continued to stick it in some else’s drink.
