hated it here. we walked in and there was about 7 guys working and they all just stared at us a blank stare , no “hi” or “hello” or “welcome” . a guy finally came up to the register and still didn’t say anything and just stared at us . so awkward and rude in my opinion. my sandwich was the worst sandwich i’ve ever had (i ordered a #6 for reference ) and they forgot my pickle so i stood at the food pickup area for 5 min before one of the 7 people finally asked what i needed. maybe don’t have a bunch of dudes running a jimmy john’s .

5 stars all day every day. I frequent this location, and no matter the time of day or how busy they are, it’s always consistently great service. Gentleman that took my order decided to mock me after I had started to drive away not realizing the mic was still on. Completely disrespecting me for being indecisive about whether or not I wanted a drink. I am from out of town and don’t come here often, so when I do I get excited to treat myself to these types of places. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning ever again. I have many years experience working in the hospitality industry and if I ever heard one of my employees do that, they would be mocking my words “you’re fired”.
