If I could, I would rate this place 10/5. I was BLOWN away…literally no complaints whatsoever. I was with a big party and service was fast, and our waitress was kind. Atmosphere is super great and had very nice ambience. The food: 100/5.!! It was DELICIOUS. The pizza is REMARKABLE and I could not get enough. Same with the salad. The salad’s dressing had an incredible taste. The menu really only serves salads and pizza but do not let that fool you into thinking it’s not a great restaurant. The pizza—literally everything is the best thing I’ve EVER tasted. I recommend this restaurant 100% you will fall in love with it. If you ask me, I think it has the best pizza you will ever try. Go taste it for yourself! Trust me, you will love it. Thanks so much for the great experience!

For a wood burning oven, I was very let down with the pizza I ordered, I ordered margherita pizza yet somehow it did not live up to the name of margherita. The pizza was perfectly thin but the crust wasn’t charred as it should be.

Even though it was bustling, we were seated fast. The food is good, and the prices are decent. The ambient is nice and friendly. The service is also good, but our order took way too long. The waiter told us the kitchen was running behind with the orders, but I wasn’t expecting to wait that long. Nevertheless, this place deserves an opportunity and a second chance, perhaps a third or a fourth. If you haven’t tried it, you must.

Very delicious flatbread pizza! You must try it if you go to beautiful Burlington. Love the place, super nice. The only issue was they brought our pizza separately which mine was cold until the other one arrived

Great experience at American Flatbread. Called the week before to make a reservation for our party of 7. When we arrived we were seated right away even though a couple of our group were still finding parking. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Salads were great, and the soup my wife got was also a hit. We got three different pizzas…a cheese and herb, a medicine wheel (classic red sauce/mozzarella) and a buffalo chicken (power to the people). All came out piping hot and perfectly cooked. Great thin crust, great ratio of toppings. Really top notch! Ambiance is very good, very lively and comfortable while still being pretty upscale. Highly recommended!

The food was pretty good reminds me of Egyptian style pizzas. The topping variety is a little lack luster but adequate. Not having a ceaser or small house salad was a little surprising but not a big deal (not from the area so that could be a culture difference). Beers on tap were good and the creme brulle was great. Expect to spend about 50 for 2 people if you have a salad large pizza and a dessert. (Seriously get the creme brulle)

I was passing near Burlington and decided to take a detour and try this restaurant based on the raving reviews. I am glad I did. The atmosphere, service, in house beer and pizza are all amazing. There was also a little misunderstanding which they corrected beyond our expectations!
