The customer service is the worse. Everyone had an attitude like we forced them to work here. I understand everyone go through things but you should never let it interfere with you work. Get yourself together before you enter your work place or don’t come to work. Simple.

It is absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait for food and there are literally 10 people working at a time. I also realized when you order the the hot chicken and wings they move orders ahead and it gets lost, claiming they were waiting on the sandwich or the wings or the fries to get done. You can’t shove someone’s order to the side and fix 10 orders ahead of theirs and forget because you’re not capable of cooking the sandwich AND the wings in a timely fashion. I stopped eating here because you can walk the entire mall twice and come back and your order STILL isn’t ready !!

The wait was soooo long. They called other people food before mines. They kinda over priced too. The wings are very small but they were good. I won’t be going back because the wait was ridiculous and the manger wear the same pair of gloves touching everything from money to salad toppings. That’s nasty!

Horrible attitudes. I blame management for not ensuring they have these kids understand that we are paying a lot of money to dine with this company so we don’t deserve to be treated like we are an inconvenience to them. I have always loved American deli since the metro center mall but this is just ridiculous right now. If they don’t want to be there they should not make it that obvious.

This you lady was very rude to the Customers she clearly doesn’t care about her job. She was yelling over our food without a mask, and became upset when we asked for a refund. We all were told we complain to much, and no Manager were present. Very Very rude.

I patiently waited for my food. The people who ordered before me received their order and people who ordered after me received theirs as well. I was told cause I ordered a sandwich it took longer. I’m 7 months pregnant waiting in line for my food and was looked over. I had to take to manager about refund then all of sudden my food was ready. They need to be more organized by calling the ticket numbers in order.

I got TWO salads with hot wings combos. I was charged $2.09 for plates (that rung up soda because there is no button for plates. I wanted the wings on the side. Get ALL the way home and American Deil (Northpark) left a side of wings off.

Wings were horrible!! Ordered lemon pepper wings well done and received half done wings with hardly no lemon pepper seasoning tasting like plain, fried chicken cooked in old grease! Returned the order for another and they were the same way only well done/fried hard like I asked the first time. Still tasted like old cooking grease with hardly any lemon pepper seasoning! Never again!!!!!
