I went inside to buy food for my entire family and was prepared to spend at least $150. When I first walked in, the two employees were having a conversation, so I waited patiently for them to finish. When the lighter-skinned employee finally took my order, she repeatedly said “Anything else?” in a rude and impatient tone after every single item I ordered. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since I had already answered that was all.

When I calmly told her she didn’t have to keep saying it because I had already responded, she refused to continue taking my order. That level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. This was my first visit to this location, and it will definitely be my last. The owner should be ashamed to have someone representing their business in that manner.

If you want wings the size of your index finger please have at it. And that depends on the size of your index finger too. What used to be the go to wing spot which is quick to serve the food but lacks in everything else, is no more. This is the 2nd and last time I can be fooled by the mediocre size of the wings and the lack of shrimp in our shrimp fried rice.

I was the employee involved in this interaction. When taking orders, I routinely ask “Anything else?” to ensure the order is complete, especially if I did not clearly hear the response the first time. My tone was neutral, and I was simply following standard procedure.

The order in question was for a single 6-piece item, not a large family order as stated. After I asked for clarification, the customer became visibly aggressive, used profanity toward me, and made physical gestures that felt threatening. The situation escalated to the point where I did not feel safe continuing the transaction. The customer later re-entered the store displaying further aggressive behavior.

I treat every customer with respect and professionalism and would never intentionally be rude or dismissive. My priority is always to provide good service while maintaining a safe environment for everyone

Ordered on uber eats yesterday. 2 -10pc meals. Love that my bbq-teriyaki was wet. Absolutely no seasoning on the fries. No celery. And i asked for a lg drink, got a small. If you just want wings order here. But i normal it only order at 1 American deli & this is why.

I’m disappointed with my recent visit to American Deli. The wing size was unacceptably small, and out of the 100 wings ordered, only 75 were actually edible. Despite the friendly service from the young lady at the front, the overall experience was subpar. The high prices added insult to injury, making it even more frustrating to leave unsatisfied. Unfortunately, this was not the birthday dinner experience I had hoped for my daughter.
