I’ve ordered here all the time..always got chicken chipotle grinder..called and ordered a chicken chipotle..apparently I didn’t say grinder and they did not verify with me so I received this dry chicken sandwich with processed cheese that doesn’t even melt! Very disappointed and will not be returning

This place is terrible! I just ordered a party size supreme pizza and the middle was RAW! Called the store and the owner tried to tell me that either I ask for my pizza to be extra crispy or to NOT order a supreme. What?? Owner was making excuses of why the pizza comes raw because of all the toppings. UM HELL NO. There is nothing you can tell me that can convince me a pizza should be raw. GROSS….

This pizza time is the best one! The food is always amazing, and the people always find a way to make me laugh! I strongly suggest stopping here, my order is usually the Mexican time pizza with either the Cajun fries or the supreme fries!

TERRIBLE place! Ordered over $50 worth of food and tried to “pretend” like they didn’t get my order. Even tried calling twice to fix it after getting off the phone with my bank, after being told it was already charged I was told to dispute it. Because they didn’t want to give me my order! Scammers!!! Didn’t even get my food but they took my money called up three times to get my order and was hung up on. TERRIBLE PLACE! If I could 0 star I would!

Oh my god, avoid this place at all costs. We ordered a pizza, and it was made with literally no sauce at all! When we called to ask for a refund or replacement, the man on the phone was nasty and refused to do anything… will never go back here.

Many years ago, i lived in Windsor and pizza time was my go to. From the pizzas themselves to the buffalo chicken pita pockets, my orders were all great. I had ordered over 100 times and i recall hearing the person who took my order say wow to the amount ive ordered. Hopefully your food is the same now as it was then.
