First of the wings were not bad for what it is at the end of the day this is an American deli chain. For the service and the product of this location. This is a most outstanding location that I have dealt with. The cashier was friendly and the food were fast when I ordered it. Everything tasted very fresh even though my house were 20 mins away. Will highly recommend this place to my close friend and family. Their honey hot is a must try !!

Food tastes like they don’t care. The fries are the driest little crinkle fries. Just like the cheap knockoffs store brand. Wings are very small about 1 1/2 inches and over cooked. When she first opened this location it was different. Now it seems like she cut quality to cut her cost. Not fair to the customers. Please do better.

It’s Friday 5/2, this was my first and last time at this American Deli. I should’ve walked out immediately upon walking in and not being acknowledged by either of the people standing behind the register. It Was a dark skin young man with a cross tattooed on the left side of his face, and a young lady that’s pregnant with braids Her head. Neither of them acknowledge me. I said hello to the guy and he spoke I said, do you all not greet your customers? He said no I stopped. “I go off their energy & what they’re on.”Your store has zero customer service. You should not have people representing your store if they’re not gonna be friendly and welcoming if it was not for customers, then you would not have a business. The customers are your business.. I finally ordered a 10 piece wing combo. They were small as my thumb and they were cooked hard. The fries were cooked extremely hard. I asked could they do something about it the gentleman said “oh they playing with you.” I wish I was making this up, but I’m not. I took photos of the tiny Wings and at least if you’re gonna give People those itty-bitty wings give them more than what they ordered because there is literally no meat on that little bitty chicken bone. I was upset with my whole experience there today. I had just left my doctors office running late to work and I seen an American Deli and really wanted it to eat there and it was a mistake and a waste of my time.

The girls at the front very pretty and nice. pretty sure i said tilapia and this was whiting but whatever. Every piece of the 3 tasted like the ocean and whiting or tilapia, that’s not supposed to happen. It tasted like it was cooked straight out the freezer instead of thawed out. HE Holmes American deli (the one right next to the station) remains the best. I rarely ever taste the ocean in their fish.

This was my first time at this location and WOW! We came at lunchtime & the two employees— a short, darker skinned woman and a hispanic man were at the front and they were incredibly kind. They deserve a raise or something. Service was excellent & the food was delicious! The portions were also extremely generous, so my money was well spent!

Walked in before 11am. The place was empty with at least one car visible in the drive through. I was greeted immediately and welcomed in. I ordered fries and a coke. Asked for my fries to be extra crispy. I was offered help with my drink because I am visually impaired (but I declined). My fries were ready in minutes and cooked as I requested.
The facility appears and smells clean and organized.
There is plenty of potential here. It should be busy at 11 am on a weekday. Check it out.

I wanted some wings so I attmpted to eat at this location for the first time. I pulled into the parking lot trash all over the place. Bags of garbage sitting outside the door. Trash and empty cups outside the door. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I immediately drove off. I’m typically don’t complain but the outside of the store matters too. I couldn’t believe how much trash was all around the store. Just looks gross and it presents that they are not clean

This is becoming my All time favorite American Deli not because of the food but the service. Marco has impeccable customer service. He works hard while keeping a smile on not only his face but also yours (the customer). If you are having a bad day please come inside because you will certainly leave feeling much better.
