Ambassador Grill’s culinary team is headed by notable executive chef Juan Xavier Pareja. Prior to leading Ambassador Grill, Chef Pareja worked as Executive Sous Chef for Andrew Carmellini at his Michelin starred restaurant, A Voce, and as Executive Sous Chef for Alain Ducasse at Benoit, both in New York City.

Their genuine warmth and kindness were obvious from the moment I was greeted at the door. Mr. Francesco was a gem, demonstrating a pride in his work shone through in every detail, contributing to an overall atmosphere of warmth and quality. He was able to recommend dishes based on my preferences. As for the food, each dish was a masterpiece. The presentation was stunning, fresh flowers, candlelights and the flavors were even more impressive. Ambassador Grill Palm Beach, is not just a place to eat. It’s a place to be welcomed, to be taken care of, and to enjoy the finer things. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for superb food and exceptional service in a warm and welcoming environment.

The Ambassador Grill did a very fine job catering my husband’s birthday party that we had for 25 people. Francesco did a fabulous job, helping me select the appetizers and main course items and there was something for everyone and it was really very delicious. Francesco was communicative, professional, punctual, and a lot of fun to deal with! The food was fresh and packaged beautifully, according to the respective temperature necessary. This took a lot of stress off of me and I was able to enjoy the party. I highly recommend catering from the Ambassador Grill.
