Dasher Drift
Each time I go in to pick up, the people in the back are incredibly rude. I greet them and they go back to whatever they were doing. I have been in the middle of speaking to them and they have turned around to help a person that just walked in. I have been YELLED at by a grown man and woman because Doordash has been on them for the extreme waits for Dashers. Its incredibly consistent. I assume, after having been treated like a hassle by picking up a bag in the store, that all of the workers strongly dislike Doordash.

They have delicious food! Everything on the menu is wonderful. Always have great customer service and they work hard to get orders to people quickly. If your looking for a meal that will fill you up and also have left overs and is reasonably priced here is your restaurant. A bonus is they accent EBT you just have to pay 1$ Per Meal for them to cook it. Can’t beat that! They should open another store in the future.

Unprofessional the cashier tried taking my money. He basically called me a liar. Saying I never gave him any money scam. I won’t spend my money ever and be called a liar. I called back to the store. For an Apology and the women older lady and younger one. Sat the phone down and proceeded to talk about. How miserable I am for calling back for an Apology. Bad business.

I ordered the family catfish meal for a family funeral. I guess everyone thought I would get something cheap like at Popeyes? At any rate, the fish was amazing!!!! Everyone was so happy (well not like haha happy because it was a funeral after all). I will definitely call on them again!

The place was empty and it was lunch time. I was in a rush an figured I would give it a chance. A dicision I regret. It took 25 minutes to make my order. They new I was in a rush and the cook took his sweet time bagging my lunch. Customer service is poor. I tried to be nice and talk to them. They wanted nothing to do with me. I made it clear I didn’t want papers on my Philly but he kept asking if I didn’t want onions. I had to tell him 3 times I wanted everything except peppers. When the cook was finally done he took his time bagging it. He thre my lunch on the counter and walked awY. Then bagged it and walked away again. He did that 4 times before he finally handed it to me. The food tasted bad as well. I regret going and will not go back.

Great place I love the food always fresh and taste amazing. Also they carry cellphones all your needs prepaid bill pay,accessories, chargers, cases, headphones not to mention cellphone for sale very decent price factory unlocked last I heard. Experts on phone repair hands down in the city of Alton been to lots of places no where else in this town comes close
