This place has a lovely ambiance and their fondues are truly excellent – a definite highlight! However, the service was lacking, with several wines from the menu unavailable. Additionally, the menu itself contained noticeable writing errors. While the fondue was great, the overall experience was hampered by these issues.

We were recommended this spot and decided to come early for lunch. When we arrived, there were only two other tables occupied, plus just one hostess and one waiter on duty.
When we try a new place, we look for the full experience: from warm welcome to smooth departure, and unfortunately, this one was nonexistent.
The rest of their team start arriving little by little. What we couldn’t understand was why they seemed so bitter and uptight. Is this supposed to be “fine dining”? Because the location and vibe in Alsacia definitely don’t match that label…
The food took an unusually long time to arrive. The waiter visibly got annoyed when we declined more drinks, and he looked even less pleased when we simply asked for a glass of water. The other staff members were equally stiff and unfriendly, it made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. Were they all having a bad day?
Then came the strangest part: they asked us to write a review on-site. While I was still typing, the waiter hovered and tried to read over my shoulder. When we handed the device back, he immediately started reading it with the other waiter, right in front of us! We’d barely finished eating, let alone left, and they were already dissecting our feedback together. I’ve never experienced anything like that before; it felt completely unprofessional and invasive.
On top of everything, we were seated on the terrace, and the beam was covered in thick dust, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It was disappointing to see such neglect in the details.
We won’t be returning and can’t recommend it. The service and overall vibe overshadowed everything else.

Delicioso lugar, muy bueno para ir con tus papás o una buena date. La comida es sabrosa, desde sus entradas, hasta su pan, fondue y postres. Tienen una muy buena selección de vinos.

El único problema fue que en la cuenta nos estaban cobrando cosas de más, el postre que era de cortesía sí lo cobraron, nos pidieron más propina y se enfadaron al negarnos. Todos estábamos contentos hasta este incidente con la cuenta, lástima, he sido cliente desde su sucursal en Momoxpan…

Todo bien hasta cuando pedimos la cuenta y les pedimos cuantas separadas, nos dijeron que no se podía.

Que delicia de lugar, absolutamente todo es delicioso, el lugar muy bonito, lo más a gusto del mundo, gran playlist. De noche ideal para ir en una date o en la tarde con familia, Tienes que pedir: tosta de pato, fondue de jamón serrano, flammen, sopa de lentejas, de los postres mi favorito es el volcán de chocolate pero todos están buenisismos. Excelente servicio.

El lugar es muy bonito, tienen música en vivo que está espectacular, aplica para cena romántica o plan familiar, la comida es muy buena, precios accesibles y el servicio es muy muy bueno, todos son muy atentos. El fondue esta increíble !! Si tienen oportunidad vayan !!
