As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Visited this location today and definitely will not be returning. When I asked for no onions on my burger the employee laughed and giggled with the manager at this location as he peeped around the corner as he tooked the onions off my burger and I really think he did something else to my burger the reason why him and the other male employee proceeded to laugh with the manager…. Did not even eat the burger because of that and I refused to return being I knew how the take out would be and I had my mother in the car with me definitely want my money back this restaurant should be closed permanently

Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had at Rally’s!! We ordered the 4.00 meals. We did not receive our apple pies!! When we told them they informed us that it would be a while on the apple pies. We let them know that we couldn’t wait and asked could we get a discount/money back for the apple pies. The manager had an attitude with us and no!! All of this took place after a 10-15 min wait and they were all standing around talking. Here is a picture of the bacon cheddar burger. This took place at store #9487 on Woodrow Wilson in Jackson, MS!!

So, I just ordered and they didn’t send the medium fries that came with the meal. Everything else was cold,dry,and even the cheese on the burger wasn’t melted. I tried calling to report the issue but no one answered the phone. I won’t order from here ever again.

The service was 100. The food was hot and cooked just right. The CRS was polite and routinely served our food in a timely manner. The thing was she was talking with a fellow employee the entire time that my order was in her hand. The food was great. Complaints to the cooks.

Good food my fries were always fresh. I always have to wait for my apple pies. 1 time they were hot 2nd time they weren’t cooked through. They forgot my fries for my combos the 1st time. And had to show them my recipe 2nd time the forgot my bacon on my sandwich. Ladies at speakers are always in a rush. Every time I order something they reply is that all rather that what else can we get you. They could use some more training.
