Aloha Liege Waffles specializes in fresh handmade Liege waffles generously topped with fresh hand made whipped creams, chocolates, syrups, and local fresh fruits. We also serve some of the finest hand crafted coffee and espresso drinks on the island. We strive to bring the best quality product to our customers, always fresh never processed, canned, or frozen.

Really delicious coffee and waffle! I got an iced vanilla latte and a BOB waffle (pick two/each half has a different flavor). Our two flavors were Mac Daddy and Slow Island (with lilikoi). Both were delicious- I liked the slow Island and my husband liked the Mac daddy. Speaking of…My husband insisted he didn’t want any and then ate 80% of the waffle! Very tasty syrups and toppings. Made with love! Food truck setting with picnic tables and easy parking. Mahalo!

We’ve only been in Lihue for two days and this is already our second time here! The fresh fruit bowl was amazing, and the Best of Both waffle with the Leprechaun and Mac Daddy toppings was out of this world. Cutest food truck, super friendly service, and such a fun local spot. Highly recommend!

This place is decent. It’s located next to a high traffic road. The waffles are pretty good but not 5 stars. The coffee is ok at best, but nowhere near a good quality espresso.

I loved this food truck! Amazing, accommodating service and great food!
It’s all VERY sweet so just be aware. We came for breakfast. I’d recommend splitting a waffle if you don’t have a huge sweet tooth. No savory options that I recalled.
Easy seating, good access to parking.
Coffee was pricey but they had good, interesting options and homemade syrup.
The chickens were hanging out and not obtrusive.
Loved the half and half so I could try two.

Waffles are amazing, lots of selections to choose from. The plain one with adding just a few fruits too is also fantastic. Can’t go wrong with what ever you choose here. The coffee was good too.

This was my family’s favorite food experience on our trip to Kauai. We came back 3 times for their seasonal Rising Sun waffle with fresh mango and lime coconut whip cream. We tried a few other spectacular waffles, but this seasonal one was unlike anything we’ve had before. You must visit this breakfast spot if you come to the island!

BEST waffles you’ll ever have! I normally don’t leave reviews, but after eating here I have to share how AMAZING the food is. We got the Macdaddy waffles and a latte. The coffee tasted great and the waffles tasted even better. I will go out of my way to come back here again. Coffee and one of their waffle beats coffee and a pastry any day.
