We enjoy Aloha, the macaroni salad and pea salads are a great side to any entree. Lava bites are delicious and pack a little heat. Teriyaki chicken is tasty and basically all the meats are delicious. All the sauces they have are tasty and unique. The food has never been an issue for us.
However, Aloha has never been the place where I consider hygiene/upkeep as their priority. The bathroom didn’t have soap or towels, and the surfaces of everything were sticky or uncleaned. On top of that, the patio door needs adjusted. It sounds like a bomb goes off everytime you came in from the patio, because it slammed against the door frame. The tile in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom door handle was missing a screw. As well as the patio decorative grass being ripped off and falling apart. In short, there were a lot of broken items.
Workers were friendly but they seemed under-supported for running the kitchen. I wonder how their cooking equipment is maintained if the rest of the building is in disarray.
Seems like a little TLC is in order and would make the experience more inviting and potentially help draw more clientele, especially considering the high price of entry. We will definitely come again but would like to see things improve, to continue to frequent this establishment.

I have been a long time (more than 20 yrs) Aloha customer starting at the Monroe store and then in the last 5 years or so I started going to the Francis location. Over the last few years the PRICES have gotten out of control! I went through the drive thru on my way to work and was shocked when my total for a big plate, a large soda, and a small cup of fruit salad was over $37.
I think someone forgot that this is just rice, noodles, and chicken!
I will most likely never go back since the value is just not there anymore. Too bad since the food is really very good!

Yesterday I ordered almost $100 worth of food for me and my husband. I asked for half brown half white rice for both large size plates, the brown rice was not brown rice in anyway it was crunchy had pieces of weird stuff in it and was completely inedible. I always order the max salad, but this time it was runny and had a bitter disgusting aftertaste. I did not have time to call and complain last night because I had already drove all the way home. I would like to know if there’s some way to get a refund because that was completely unacceptable for the amount I paid. I also hit the button to get a printed receipt, but I was not given one, I have the confirmation on my debit card.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this specific one only on Francis the one on Monroe oh my gosh they’re phenomenally good but the one on Francis second time I ordered there disgusting as you can see in the pictures my need is burnt by the way I ordered pea salad and macaroni and salad instead I got three scoops of rice and in the bottom of my macaroni salad is potato salad all together they’re disgusting nothing like the one on Monroe and it’s horrible. You paid $25 when it comes to tax 30 bucks for this meal and this is what I get I want my money back and I will be getting it in the morning

Foods fairly good. Got the teriyaki chicken, good flavor but kinda dry. Rice is wet. Fruit salad is pretty good, not the biggest fan of the yogurt, but that’s more so my own preference.
