As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There was a long piece of gray hair in my burger. Long enough to send to ancestory.com or 23+me. I went back to get a refund, but since I ordered it through the app I was told to call a 1800#. They only offered me a $5 coupon the burger itself was more. So, a ticket was created and it takes 3-5 business days to potentially receive a refund.

Was so upset waited 20 minutes to order then got asked to pull forward and wait another 3 minutes cause the food was cooking. It took another ten minutes for our food to finally be brought out and on top the food was cold. And no we didn’t wait to get home to eat it,it was cold in the parking lot.And the drink machine soda tasted dirty, the sandwiches look like a toddler made them all around just sad performance today.

Food was cold. Had them remake it. Brought it out to me in 2 minutes. Bread a d neat still cold. Cook actually brought it to me with an attitude. Went back to the window with the two CHAMP BURGERS THAT HAD N9 CHEESE. The girl told me they didn’t come with cheese and slammed the wi dow. Nasty customer service. That night shift is bad. No hats, no gloves,no uniform.

Went by about 20 minutes before they closed, and the food was SO hot and fresh. The food was ready really quick and the worker was super polite! Blown away with how good the experience was.

I went through the drive-thru last night and waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes no one ever responded. I pulled up to the window and saw two employees inside who looked right at me but didn’t come to the window or acknowledge me at all. After waiting again, I finally just drove off. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service.
It was the late night evening shift.
