Stopped by here for a bite to eat before taking the Road to Hana. I initially wanted to try their brisket and pork belly. but they were unfortunately sold out by the time I got there (130 pm).

Stopped here on our way to twin falls. My family all got BBQ and I got a poke bowl. The poke was not on the menu, but the women working in the truck was really friendly and told us about the menu and poke that was available for the day. The poke was very fresh and tasty! It was mixed in their house shoyu with wasabi, so there was a bit of kick. It also came with the house fern salad. The salad is a bit of an acquired taste because of the ferns but I liked it!

Oh my god – their BBQ plates are fantastic. Huli Huli Chicken, Kalua Pork, Pork Belly & BBQ Ribs. All delicious and outstanding. Even the veggies are tasty . Service is fast and super friendly. We have been visiting the island for almost 2 decades – I can’t believe that it was the first time we stopped there today. Will certainly return ! Mahalo !

Don’t let the trailer fool you! This small establishment has the best and most tender BBQ Chicken. I have been eating BBQ for 20+ years and this is the best! Ribs were great too! Sweet sauce and rub. Great seating area out of the wind. And they had beeper/fob to alert you when your food is ready.

Excellent BBQ. I have eaten BBQ in Texas and Aloha Alina is legit. Smoked on site, you can be sure the meat is super tender and this is a very popular food truck. It gets busy at times, and for good reason. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any burgers on the day I went, but I can only imagine how awesome they would be. Highly recommend the pork!

Ordered multiple items and no one in family was disappointed. The huli huli chicken was the best smoked chicken I have ever had. Kalau pork was outstanding. Beating out in my opinion Memphis pulled pork easily. I would eat this over Rendevous, Corkey’s, Interstate BBQ, Jim Neely’s, of Memphis; Jim and Nick’s, the smoke pit of NC; and Hard eight in Dallas and any of the garbage served in Kansas or Missouri they think is bbq.

This food truck is super good! Loco moco was different than the others I had but still really good. The brisket was my favorite. Fern salad is like green beans and other veggies, no actually ferns lol.
