There were many senior citizens in the restaurant having a good time. The service in the restaurant is warm and thoughtful, the lights outside the restaurant at night are like daytime, and the flat ground… makes people with walking difficulties very warm.

Great flavors, great atmosphere, and fine service. You will leave full and most likely quite satisfied with the food. Service is a little slow, but you really should not go to a restaurant like this expecting a quick service experience. There’s a full bar and the pasta can’t be beat. The hamburger looked pretty good, too. Dessert is available and looks nice, but I did not sample it. I enjoyed my Moscow mule. It was a little tangier and sweeter than the average, which makes me think it may have been a little light on the vodka and ginger beer. The lounge next door is friendly, well-decorated, and filled with song.

Horrible service. Stood at hostess desk for 5 minutes. No one greeted us. Walked to the lounge and sat at the bar. And that’s when it got worse. Just a horrible experience. I love going to a restaurant when the bartender is too busy singing karaoke than serving guests. We will NEVER be back. Not to mention the chicken Caesar salad had red wine vinaigrette?!?! So confused.

Dad went with the Shrimp Scampi appetizer and I went with spaghetti with sausage. It came with bread. We both thoroughly enjoyed. The antics ob TV took the attention of the bartender away from her duties. Music was our second choice so it didn’t quite satisfy. We will be back. The food was very good

If you should be going for anything good to eat this is not this place to go. Old-fashioned Italian decor, and a great band this evening. But the food was actually deplorable. Inedible and when you send it back, the owner comes out and screams at you that you don’t know anything about food. Being from New York City I know a lot about great food. Lots of other places to go in Venice so this place is one that you should avoid.

We told Diego it was our first time at this restaurant. He asked if we had a reservation we said no. He said you need a reservation. I did not see that requirement on the website. Sat us at a table and then ignored us for 45 minutes. Then told us we had to move to the bar as we didn’t have a reservation. Still no service not even water. Very rude. Noone sat at our table after we moved to the bar. The service in the bar was excellent. Diego did apologize after our server talked to him. We went to see the band but will never be back. Food was okay. Diego really ruined the evening. Not worth your time or money.

Large variety of lunch options. Grouper wrap was the best we’ve had. Daughter had Chef’s salad and I really enjoyed the Chicken Ceasar served on a homemade Italian roll. Cesare provided excellent service. Would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. They also have live music in the evening and a dance floor.
