Ordered on 2/2 I waited an hour for delivery when my food had been done according to the app the whole time when I called that day they said it’s the next one out (15 mins after it was out of the oven) called back today got told by GM since there’s no credit she can’t help me she can give me $5 off. Dominos is pretty prettily cheap for this one considering I order there often.

Depending on the day do not order from East University because if it’s really busy, you have to wait an hour and five minutes for the food and the temperature does not meet my satisfaction so I definitely deserve one star. Delivery, I wish I never tipped them because now my pizza isn’t even hot and fresh. East university delivery dominoes sucks 50% of the time.

I ordered pizza from this location on December 22nd around 9:30pm with a promised delivery time of 21 minutes. The driver left the store with my order at 10:04- it is an 11 minute drive from this location to my apartment complex. I waited 40 minutes before the domino’s app notified me that my order was delivered, but when I opened the order tracker the driver was still 4 minutes away and did not appear to be moving at all. I called the store to ask for an update on my order and explained that it had been more than an hour since I had placed my order by this point. I was simply told “the driver is on their way” and hung up on. When I checked the app again some 10 minutes later the drivers location showed them all the way back by the store– it had now been more than an hour and a half since I placed my order. I called the store again and was placed on hold immediately and had to wait another 5 minutes before I was able to speak to anyone. I tried asking why the drivers location showed them back by the store when they had been so close to my apartment and the woman on the phone did not seem eager to help at all and offered no information on why the drivers had taken more than an hour since leaving the store to bring us our food but was more than happy to cancel my order– clearly eager not to have to do her job and help answer the questions of a paying customer. I will NEVER order from this location again. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The last two times I’ve ordered online, I was only able to get part of what I ordered because they weren’t properly stocked. Delivery took way longer than necessary the second time. Not worth the $20 tip I included in the bill. Couldn’t be bothered to cut the pizza square as instructed. Salads are overpriced as well, considering the portions and freshness. I’ll get my pizza from Northern Lights from now on.
