Not great. The manager was very rude on multiple occasions. Slow service. The food was not as good as was being served upstairs. The sound for the band wasn’t great. Not sure we’ll be going back in a hurry.

Do not go here unless you want to wait over a hour for your food and drinks. We even canceled one our orders since it didn’t come out with the rest of our orders. Drinks were incredibly slow and we watched them sit on the bar right in front of us without making it to our table. Our friends arrived before us (about 20 minutes) and had ordered drinks, and we got our drinks before they got theirs, after we also had waited probably a half hour. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in State College. And the bartender was rude! Our server was lovely and was truly doing her best in an environment where management obviously didn’t care about customer service for patrons.
