Shareen was absolutely amazing. I came in dealing with a broken hand and not being able to visit as often, and she went above and beyond to help me decide on a great meal. The food was phenomenal, and the service truly stood out.
As a general manager myself, I really pay attention to customer service, and Shareen’s was a solid 10 out of 10—extremely professional, kind, and attentive. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be stopping in more often. Outstanding service all around.

I have had Chick-fil-A takeout many times but never ate there in the restaurant. What I saw from the moment we walked in was incredibly excellent customer service. I’ve been to high-end restaurants that don’t have the kind of service that this Chik-fil-A did, they were just superior with their level of service customer service. And of course, the food is always outstanding. Because it’s Chik fil a, but an A++for the service at this location.

The drive thru was beyond packed. But Chick-fil-A is good at that. The young lady that took my order was happy , polite and quick. Then they brought my food out and I was able to get out of the drive thru before I even reached the window.

Love the consistency w/ this chain. Their food is costly but not salty, they have varied options like the grilled chicken and the kale side salad ( wish they had fish), the food and customer service is great. They have fresh flowers too, but the location near our apartment is prettier and less cramped.

I came here for lunch on Friday while doing some holiday shopping at Costco and the Tower Shops. I haven’t been here in a good while because now I go to the one over by Target, as it’s closer to where I work and live. Anyway, it was an enjoyable and pleasant experience, as always. I didn’t have to wait long in line and my food came out in a timely manner. The food was great and warm, like always. There’s really not much to say except “keep up the good work.”
