– Tried unsuccessfully, 3 times, to get the water I ordered.
– I think they over-salted the under-cooked bread sticks intentionally, as the wait staff was argumentative from the beginning, gaslighting my brother-in-law that he was not served the wrong beer. That is a real sentence that now exists. We were just trying to get a meal you meanies.
– You know when you are a teenager and your friend has a “mean cousin”? This place is staffed by them, it seems.
– The pizza was under-cooked and my 8 word review: “Thank God I put handles on the toilet”.
– I was treated with disdain by 3 different staff members which was sub-par.
Finally, this hell hole was chosen for my elderly mother to finally see all of her grand kids at once, the first time in over 5 years. 5 hard years in a nursing home. The wait staff treated my poor mom like she was garbage, telling her we need to get out and not “hang out all day”. This despite the food taking an hour after the “bread sticks”. Thanks for ruining what was a once in a lifetime thing for my mother. Sorry we took up your space.
She made us feel comfortable right away.
Cameroon helped with our carry-out order, and his attention to detail and kind attitude really stood out.
It’s clear the staff here care not just about the food, but also about the people they serve.
Jordan and I had a great experience — we’ll definitely be coming back often.
Thanks for making it easy to feel like we’re already regulars.
