The pizza is wonderful, but sometimes there’s an hour wait for no reason. Last time I went I waited inside for 35 minutes after placing a pickup order 20 minutes prior for one large pizza….there was also no one inside. The girl cashier didn’t let me know anything, I had to go up and ask after waiting and then suddenly my pizza was finished. Service needs to improve. A large group had came while I was waiting and 2 of the staff made a big huff about it….with an empty restaurant. I’ve also ordered delivery and whoever delivered threw the box on the ground.

We sat in the booth closest to the fountain drink station for the best view of the NFL game playing above.
Our pizza was sitting on the ready counter for 12mins before my husband got up to ask the cook if it was ours.
The girl up front was busy on her phone the whole time we were there, so don’t expect service inside.
The pizza is good so we’ll pick up a pie to go, next time.

The Stromboli’s were tasty and definitely a good price, but we got an order of shells and it was very disappointing to pay $14 and only get 3 shells (and they weren’t large).

Ordered a pizza near closing time. I asked the lady if it was okay and she said yes. Asked for a meat lovers pizza, got home and opened it up and I got what looks to be 3 different pizzas thrown into a box. None of them were meat lovers and some of it was cold. Have been eating here for a long time. Just disappointing.

It’s my first time here. I stopped by on a whim and tried out their New York-style pizza.
Let me tell you: it’s DELICIOUS! I’ve probably had several thousand slices of pizza in my day now , and I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed! I also had the garlic knots with marinara sauce…that sauce! *chef’s kiss*
That’s not including their great customer service, too!
Go get yourself a slice or two…in fact, they have a two-slice special with a drink for less than $10! You definitely get your money’s worth and more!
I’ll definitely be stopping by at a later date!

It was our first time at Alex’s pizza and pasta. We had spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna. It was the lunch special that came with a salad and bread. The meals were average in flavor. It was a good value for the money and the service was spot on.

When you step in, you notice the decor. Red on the wall with NY pictures, white brick-type wall, subway tile, cute little booths. The lunch special is FANTASTIC – both the food and the value.
2 slices (1 topping) + drink = $8.95
1 slice (1topping) + salad + drink = $8.95
We both got the special with the salad and a vinaigrette dressing; hubby got a pepperoni slice and I got a meatball slice. The pizza was authentic tasting, well seasoned, the meatballs were good, the crust was great. The salad was fresh and the vinaigrette was the thicker kind – yum.
We will absolutely be going back!! Next time I will save room for one of the homemade desserts in the case

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The calzone was fresh and loaded with lots of ricotta & mozzarella cheese as well as the ham I added. The pizza by the slice deal is great as well! 100% recommend coming up and giving them a try! They have a ton of great options besides pizza as well.

Tonight is the first time having pizza at this place and I must say, in the three years I am living in the area, this is the best pizza we have had. The crust is that perfect sweet spot—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The toppings actually mean something here: generous, flavorful, and balanced, not just thrown on for show.

This was our first time trying Alex’s Pizza and Pasta. We’ve talked about it for awhile and glad we tried it today. Our pizzas were absolutely wonderful, the antipasta salad was fresh and delicious as well. We had our lemoncello dessert for breakfast. We will definitely be coming back.
