Had a friend pickup my order this morning. Spicy chicken, egg, cheese biscuit. I even heard them order it – $15 for that and coffee…. Received ONLY spicy chicken on the biscuit. Tried MULTIPLE times to call but they refused to answer. Reason 1001 to NOT dine locally. I never ask for freebies and I do not expect to be cheated.

The staff are by far the worst I’ve seen. There was a line of customers (10+) and cashier’s and management both stand with their back to the register staring at a screen with 3 orders on it and won’t take orders UNTIL they have cleared the entire screen of orders. It takes an average of 15-20 min to get your order taken l, then another 10-15 when you actually receive the order. I have frequented this location for over a year because of proximity, and the service is always absolutely atrocious. Half of what they do is stand and stare at a screen and ignore customers. The nearest other Hardee’s is over 20 miles away yet when I have visited that store, everyone is served in a timely manner with no issue.

Absolutely delicious. We keep coming back to Hardee’s because they have the best food and their soda tastes great. On our last visit we were greeted by the employee named Evan, he was nice and courteous, and even brought the food to our table.

I rarely find good service. I had the opportunity of having the best frisco. It looked just like an ad. I wanted to know who made such a great burger and they told me Jordan D! Def will be back.. dang that was good.

Curly fries were not fresh. Old and hard. It took longer than expected to even be acknowledged at the front counter. The order completion time was excellent, however the food was not.
