I’ve been ordering from this place for years and I’ve always been satisfied, but today the service was so bad and I spent 57 dollars on what? 3 meals? And why are they charging so much for a lot of rice and very little meat. The yucca was mushed up like mash potatoes.smh

Waited on line for 10 minutes and when it was my time to order the woman started asking the man standing behind me in line what he wanted to order. She did not look at me or ask my order even though I was clearly ahead of him. Totally ignored me when I tried to order and just served him instead. Not sure why. it was rude and uncomfortable and I left without ordering. Terrible way to treat customers.

Tell me why in 2023 an establishment that serve the public for profit would not have any English speaking employee to service the customers. This business have only Spanish speaking employees that service the customers orders and make it hard to place orders with English only customers.
