This is the new spot for me
I recently moved to Fairview from Hillsboro. I’ve been to a couple of bars locally on this side, and none have compared to the service and atmosphere I’m used.
Until i came across Alexs-Bar.
The food is good.
Good amount of games going on with plenty of TV surrounding the bar.

Exceeded my expectations on my 1st visit. The Greek skillet was fantastic! I’ll certainly be back. 2nd visit, tried the jalapeno bacon wrapped tater tots. If you love any of those 3 ingredients, you gotta try it! Ridiculously good

This local dive joint has everything you need for a casual weekend morning, sporting entertainment or a lively weekend hang. The food and drinks are great, service is always nice and welcoming and the sports betting keeps it entertaining whether you’re people watching or participating. We love this place!

Ok, so this is our new neighborhood bar, they have delicious Greek gyros, great burgers, yummy fries, and some of the best onion rings I have had in years. Also for some of the best prices in the PDX.
Service is great, they have karaoke on Monday nights, and so far we have always gotten a seat.
Oh and their ranch is spot on.

Love this local dive where you can bet on dogs and ponies! Some of the best food for the money! Ally/Allie has become my favorite bartender in the PNW! The barkeepers don’t tend to stay more than a year or so these days, which sucks, so hopefully that improves because they’re all currently awesome (04/15/25)
Wish they would add a bike night because it would be a great spot for motorycycles and the back patio is the best smoking patio in the area (year round)!
Update: Nessa makes THE best michelada I’ve had since leaving California in 2019
My only complaint is that the owners decided to upcharge for mixers: lame!. A well shot might run 4 or 5 bucks but the minute it’s a margarita or a bloody mary, it becomes more than double the price.

Alek’s is an absolute gem of a restaurant that I stumbled upon recently, and I cannot recommend it enough. The star of the show here are the smoked wings, which are out of this world delicious and truly unlike anything else I’ve ever tasted. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the meat just falls off the bone. If you’re a fan of wings, you simply must try Alek’s smoked wings!
But it’s not just the food that makes Alek’s a standout establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really helps to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’ll feel right at home here.
And speaking of feeling at home, the drinks at Alek’s are also fantastic. They have a great selection of beers, cocktails, and wines, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a refreshing beer to pair with your wings, or a handcrafted cocktail to sip on while you catch up with friends, you won’t be disappointed.

Great friendly service. It happens to be 1 of 3 special Anchor Alliance ⚓ spots here in Oregon that support the Seattle Kraken Hockey Team. I was fortunate they were walking distance from the local Super8. The bartender was friendly was happy to accommodate my request to change the channel on one of the TVs for me. So I could do my best to watch 2 games at the same time. The bacon covered jalapeño Tots were AWESOME!!! Definitely a top pick. The 10oz steak tenders were good, but since they are chopped so small they cook so quickly I’ll order those medium-rare instead of medium next time, took the tacos home for leftovers instead of eating here as I actually ordered them for a friend who couldn’t make it, but they look delicious. They have many TVs and an outdoor patio. The prices were affordable and it seems like a great local spot for Kraken hockey fans to meet and have a great time. Everyone I met was friendly and open to conversations with new comers.

Employees are efficient and friendly and the food is great! The portions to price is worth the tip. And the atmosphere is that of a sports bar.
