Update: tried again with ordering from Al Pacino Cafe after they replied to my comment about accepting feedback. Well, I won’t make that mistake again, this is the last time I’ll ever order from here. Why is the tomato sauce so spicy?!? At least have a non-spicy option or note in the description that it’s spicy! I even asked for a different sauce if it was spicy, but they gave me the spicy tomato sauce anyway. I even enjoy spicy food, but this is awful, totally ruins any flavor the sauce has. Never again!!
Ordered two different ‘pick your pasta’ meals and while the price point, quantity of food, and service were great, the food could have been better. The tomato sauce was oddly spicy, which wasn’t ideal for my child, and the meat sauce was all meat and very little sauce. Usually we really enjoy the food and will stick to the creamy pesto and Alfredo sauces in the future.

I used to love getting the Poseidon pasta from here, but the last two times it was a little skimpy so I stopped ordering. I decided to give them another try today and I’m pissed I’m out of $25. The pasta had 5 shrimp in it, almost none of the old bay sauce, and the crab meat sitting on top had a fishy odor as soon as I opened the bag. Not ok to give out bad crab meat, I’ll never be back.

Ordered takeout. Pizza curly fries, calamari. It was a strange situation. I drove to the address. No AL Pacino Cafe. The big sign on the restaurant said Punta Cana. I had to call them again to ask where they were. That’s when they told me that they were disguised as a restaurant from the Dominican Republic.

The first time we had food form them it was good, but I don’t know what has happened but this place is horrible now. We order food through doordash and my husband went to pick it up he tired calling several times but couldn’t get someone to answer finally someone from. Doordash got throw and all the lady on the phone said was the order was picked up, then hung up with out any other questions. My husband didn’t pick it up the food yet. Called again and the girl said that they were busy and thats why she hung up. Come to find out they gave our food to another driver with out any question or making sure it was the right order. I’m sorry making sure the right order goes to the right person is not that hard. Doordash refunded my husband and then all of a sudden the restaurant called and said the food was ready to pick up. My husband got home with our food and they didn’t even give him the right food. Unfortunately what they gave me i couldn’t eat it and it just went to waste. I tried to call them several times and no one answered the phone and they are still open. I dont understand how a place like this is in business.

Great food! The atmosphere though has degraded drastically since original location in festival of Woodholme. Prices of food should be updated to reflect the new location. Also the parking should be clearly marked. I wish the owners the best of luck!

I ordered food for 15 people from this restaurant I was a little confused by the name because it is now Punta Cana… But the food was absolutely delicious and it was a packaged up in such a nice way and all of my guests enjoyed it! The staff was also incredibly friendly. I will order again!!!!

We are repeat customers. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it for the food quality and portion sizes. My favorite go-tos are the lamb shawarma and the yellow lentil soup!
