TLDR: it took 20 minutes for me to get 2 orders of pretzel bites.
When I asked how much longer they said a few more minutes because it would be “raw on the inside” so I requested a refund. I was denied a refund and they took the “raw on the inside” pretzels out of the oven after being directed by another team member and after waiting another couple of minutes for her to finish packing those I was given my order and able to leave.
I’ve never been denied a refund like that before in my life.
Why are the pretzels made to order…. Why was I not warned that I would be waiting so long for pretzels that at every other wetzels location are immediately served to me. It’s the middle of the day on a Friday and there are two people working and no pretzels….i tipped anyways because i’m assuming its a corporate policy but like? They’re prepping cheese pretzels when i ordered cinnamon ones? Why am I waiting so long? What’s going on? why is it made to order pretzels lol

I ordered a pretzel and it was made to orde. I waited a few extra minutes for the the server to roll the dough and put it in the oven. It was hot so I had a wait a few minutes to eat it, which is good in my opinion since I was not in a rush . Great atmosphere and service. I’d recommend anyone to come to get a snack or sweat treat. Next time I’ll try the ice cream that’s next to the pretzel place. . . Everybody come try it out !

I’ve gone about 5 times now and the pretzels have been burnt the past 2 times. They’re extremely cheap with the coating for the cinnamon sugar bits which is pretty disappointing considering other locations around Mass aren’t. It’s not even a corporate thing it’s just this location lol. Major improvement to be made

The ONLY reason I’m giving this a 5 star rating is because the woman on Sunday 1/11 was wonderful and was by herself managing the counter and making pretzels BY HERSELF! Nobody around helped her. I wish I asked her name. BUR SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

honestly kera served me so well! let me try every ice cream that i wanted till i bought it , very peaceful atmosphere to eat at , but in my opinion kera had the best customer service , going there again soon !!!

Yes! We finally have a cool place like this in Worcester! We don’t have an Auntie Annie’s here and this is literally the same! same menu items, INCLUDING a ColdStones, and Planet Smoothie! ALL in the same large space! They just opened up last Thursday so come check them out! Owners and staff are so nice!
