Ok, let’s talk about this restaurant. It was the best food we had in Lisbon and this is not even a Portuguese restaurant! How about that? And believe me, we have eaten at many restaurants in Lisbon and most of them were good. Of course, Japanese food it’s not for everyone, but my God everything was so tasty, so delicious and so amazing! From the starters to the Ramen, to the drinks, perfect. The place look nice, bathroom are clean and have anything g you need. The staff is friendly and at your disposal with anything you need. We had such a nice time here! The only disadvantage is probably the fact that they do not have outdoor seating. But the rest was so pleasant that this would not make a difference in the rating. So thank you!
I strongly recommend this restaurant!

Easily the best ramen I have ever had. So much so, that we were in Lisbon for 4 days and went there twice!
I will probably dream about those fresh noodles and jammy eggs for years to come

Very tasty ramen, and I’ll definitely be back to try their other options. The setting is really cool and caught my eye while driving past. Unfortunately, for such a good-looking and flavourful restaurant, the overall dining experience is missing those finishing touches. The chopsticks felt cheap, the laminated wooden tables were swollen, and the cutlery didn’t match. Even the staff uniforms looked a bit uncoordinated and unprofessional. A few small improvements in presentation would easily bring this place up to a five-star experience.

It was my first time visiting and I’ll surely come back. I’ve tried a “limited edition” ramen, a fresh maracuja juice and yummy ice mochi.
I don’t know how they did it, but It was very light and a nice meal for summer. But I think the ramen was lacking flavor. There could have been maybe more salt or something added to the broth and chicken to make the dish a 5star.
I gave 4 stars for the meal because of the mochi, the limited edition ramen has a 3/5 stars.
However, I enjoyed my meal!

This ramen spot near Pink Street is amazing! They serve authentic noodles and tasty small bites, plus they have a solid alcohol menu. The interior is modern and really well done, and the vibe is just perfect.

The food was good. I felt like the broth was a bit lacking in flavour, but in contrast the noodles themselves were really good. They served us well. Would go again to try the other plates.

First problem is their air con, too weak. Having noodle soup under 35°C is like a torture
Then the kitchen made a mistake. I ordered a vegan ramen but it came with pork. The waitress didn’t repeat the dish name when serving to the table, so I had no idea it’s a pork ramen! I thought the mince pork is tofu or mushroom then I ate it! It was the most disgusting thing for me ever especially it’s full of pork fat and all melted in my mouth! I spilt it out immediately
When I asked, the waitress smiled telling me the kitchen made a mistake, like it’s nothing big deal. She has no empathy for some people in the world can’t eat pork. Maybe for her that’s just another favour of noodles
Poor management, low standard service, the only good thing for this restaurant is the interior decoration but because it was too hot that day I didn’t have the mood to enjoy the ambiance at all

This is a project of two Portuguese friends who fell in love with ramen in Japan, and after many years of experimentation and learning they opened their restaurant where you can eat authentic Japanese ramen. The food is delicious and is made of quality ingredients. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it.

We found this place as we were walking through the streets of Lisbon and decided to stop here for lunch yesterday. This place has some amazing interior design features on the ceiling. The staff were welcoming, friendly and the service was very efficient.
We had 4 veggie gyozas to share to start and I went for the vegan tsukemen ramen and my other half had the herbquake ramen dish.
Both were really really good.
Unfortunately, my first bowl of broth was made with fish sauce but they caught the error themselves and changed it before I started eating…… No drama
