Absolutely confused and overwhelmed by the simplest tasks. Your order WILL be wrong in some way, and they will look at you with confused expressions when you explain what was wrong. I told them “it’s no wonder you’re so lowly reviewed” and they had no idea what that meant. It was a truly sad sight to behold.

To give a quick explanation – we got a different customer’s order and gave it back explaining what we ordered; this started a confused cacophony of scrambling and yelling by the employees to figure out the right order.

Then we got wrong sauces or sauces missing entirely, items were missing, the grinch meal had other items mixed in.. it was a mess in Every sense of the word. If this wasn’t a chain restaurant nobody would ever return as a repeat customer. It’s disappointing especially given the increased prices.

I went through the drive through on Saturday, and although it was very busy, the lady who took my order was super sweet and accommodating. My app wasn’t working, as usual, and she was very helpful in helping me get the food that I needed, whilst being very polite and patient. She is very sweet and has a great voice! Good job Shayli, keep it up! Also, Please get your app to start working because every time I arrive at this location it seems broken.

We just ordered thru the drive thru window and were met with the rudest customer service ever. I haven’t had an experience like this. I didn’t get his name but he had longer curlier hair with glasses and a cap on and we ordered at about 6:40am. He was rushing us, not polite at all, when we got to the window to pay, he seemed annoyed, and there was no one behind us either so I don’t know what is his rush. Then he gives us our order and forgot our 3 waters and just gives us 1 water. It was just a terrible experience. Please train your employee and I hope he doesn’t treat everyone like this.

Standard food, but always comes hot. Service is fast during the day but after 8pm very slow, probably smaller crew. Have taken kids to play on the indoor playground. Location and bathrooms always clean.

Had a craving for a filet of fish sandwich so drove through McDonald’s and got a cheeseburger and a fish sandwich with an unsweetened ice tea. The service was good and food was hot and tasty. I rarely eat McDonald’s but every now and then get the itch. The cheeseburgers used to be 19 cents back in the day and I think 39 cents when I was in school.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s location. I find myself driving an extra mile to the other one even though this one is right next to my house. The food from here is always old tasting or gross. I got a breakfast McMuffin and it had residue from the previous nights dinner service because I could taste the burnt particles and the burnt onion. The hash browns are always soggy and gross; this location doesn’t switch oil out enough. Gross overall.

The drive-through lane was pretty busy, so I decided to go inside & order at the counter. I didn’t have to wait, Kimberly took my order almost as soon as I stepped to the counter. Just picking up a dbl burger & fries for my 5yr old. It didn’t take long(good).
However, when I checked the order I saw the FF sleeve was 1/2 full. I pointed it out to her and asked if she could fill it up. (I’ve found unless you’re seated inside… your order will be minimal, short changed) She said it would take 3 min because they were making a new batch. I said I’d wait. A couple min later she yelled out, Med Fry…
I got the bag, thanked her and took my order to the car.
Upon inspection, I realized she’d not served me a new batch of fresh fries…
She dropped my 1/2 serving in the grease and gave it back to me.

How is it fast food if it’s empty no cars and after ordering only one meal and 3 ice cream cones we have to sit in the parking lot to wait for food it’s simple to say hey with this single meal you’ll have to park and wait for 15 mins for your food even if there is no people here and they are not busy the staff are just being unorganized how disappointing if I wanted to wait in a parking lot or wait at all I would of dined in somewhere the date is 6/8/25
Then when I finally got the cones they are melting and dripping all over the car
