I’m giving this place 5 starts. Why? The food and cost alone is unreal. I got the Katsu Curry and it was out of this world authentic and good. The pork belly sliders, best I ever had. One thing to note, the cost is down as the staff are limited. So during rushes you may need to wait, but the wait is absolutely worth it and the staff maintain amazing composure during the calm and storm. Excellent experience and I will be back for some more!
Update: revisited for lunch on 12/23 and had the Bento Lunch Box option B with Salmon. I also tried the Ichiban Sampler, all amazing. Not a single thing I didn’t love in the lineup

The wife and I stopped in Monday. She had the chicken katsu and I had the miso soup and we also had the sampler. Everything thing tasted very good and it was cooked fresh to order. We can’t wait to come back and try some other meals.

The last time I went the egg rolls were rotten. The teriyaki chicken was raw. The best part was the gyoza and the sushi. It was the only edible thing. I will not be returning to this restaurant. They ruined egg rolls for me and my spouse forever.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. If one person can’t handle four tables, you should hire another waitress. I waited two hours for my food; I’m not lying. You can see on the restaurant’s security cameras that my friends’ food came out, but mine took two hours. The tables were dirty—a complete lack of respect.

Great food, friendly service, and great selection. We sat down and enjoyed our time here. Shared the appetizer combo. It was delicious. The food portions are large enough that we didn’t finish them in the restaurant. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to enjoy more dishes.

I had ordered the Katsu Curry but I can’t shake off the feeling of it possibly being microwaved… every single bite was a different temperature. I also faced the same problem with the gyozas. The lady taking orders was at times bleak in her responses. Very weird experience …

My mom is originally from Okinawa and doesn’t cook much anymore. 🙁
We now live in Wilmington and make the hour drive at least once a month to eat here! Food is so good! The staff is always so nice.
Okinawa soba is one of our favorites!
A MUST try!!

First time dining here. Very friendly service. A little slow but worth the wait for the lumpia & bulgogi! The clear soup and salad were not good, but the other 2 dishes more than made up for it! Looking forward to trying other dishes in the near future.

The food was great here! I stopped by and was greeted kindly by the tiny resturant. Sit anywhere and order what you like! Id reccommend the Nori Ramen or the Osaka Soba (pictured) Great place.
