My usual order is a pad pad, hold the rice, extra pad pad veggies with a hot spice level. I liked how big that chunks of eggplant and veggies in general were in my curry. I was very pleased with my first visit to Ahan Thai under the new management. To be clear, I didn’t have any issue with the old management necessarily, just noting when my comments were made.
