The cheese enchiladas are delicious with lots of cheese. The pico de gallo, guacamole, and salsa are fresh and homemade.The chicken Fajitas are tasty with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. The rice and beans are flavorful and have generous portions.Karina was a great server and friendly. I will definitely be back and bring people.

By far the best authentic Mexican food in the valley. Don’t let the building fool you, the food is bomb! This restaurant is a favorite among all my family and we drive from Boise just for the food. Staff is always friendly and at times can be a bit slow but its only 1 girl out front. I’ve never left unsatisfied and I always have to get a doggie bag for the food I can’t eat. Give them a chance and you won’t regret it!

Ooof what a gem! A great classic Mexican eatery! I can’t believe I’ve spent all this time driving past this place but never stopping by. My husband and I were out and about in Nampa and our stomachs started growling, and as we drove by this restaurant as we have done so many times we decided to make a U-turn and stop in for some grub.

BEST Mexican food in the area! Totally worth the 30 minute drive from Boise. Ordered the chicken burrito (wet burrito) and the flavor was out of this world. Sides were delicious and finished our meal with their fried ice cream. Would absolutely come here again!!!

Wife and I are regular customers, have been eating at the restaurant and truck for years. Love the place, humble stetting with great food and top service. The only complaint I have is because we’re gringos we get sour cream with our meals. We never get sour cream with meals in Mexico. LOL.

Talk about a great place to eat. It’s my 2nd favorite Mexican restaurant in Nampa. Don’t forget to grab lunch at their truck outside as well! Their enchiladas are wonderful and the burritos are fantastic. My recent go to has been anything with Carne asada.

Aguililla’s Taco Truck is known throughout the entire Treasure Valley Area…. but the fact they only sell them in Nampa definitely makes me feel like a celebrity. This is not your ordinary taco truck at up… nor your normal Mexican restaurant. No no no…. the food that is created by their Cooks, on their stoves, with their ingredients…. are the absolute best. you guys make some AMAZING food…I mean, simply mind blowing. I’ve literally been on the other side of the state and have been asked if I’ve ever heard of the Aguililla Restaurant. And have also been all we way up in we panhandle and drove all the way back to nampa just to order 5 carne asada tacos and a bottle of coke. because nothing else would have satisfied or compares. Love this place… 5/5 10/10 100/100 however you score or rank, just come to this place and eat.

Authentic Mexican food. There’s no shortage of good Mexican food in Nampa, but the food here is on point! The dining space is small, so not great for big groups, but adequate for your family.
