For the longest time I wanted to visit Agamon and yesterday I dropped by with friends and I originally ordered 16 oz hot Matcha latte (my go to drink and size) but the cashier was able to convince me to order the banana bread matcha latte instead and he said it would still be 16 oz. Unfortunately after taking about 2 small sips the banana flavor was overwhelming that I could hardly appreciate the matcha and I feel cheated for the cup was too light and when I opened it, looked like accompanying picture and I paid 7.70 for it. Also it took the barista a long time to make the drink too. The staff were nice and the aesthetic is good but we were in a hurry so did not do a sit down. So will not be back, there are better cafe options in Easton.

Came here so I could work from home. But really work from Cafe. Forat time here and it was such a good experience. I ordered the apple caramel macchiato and the avocado toast with arugula, balsamic glaze and black chip seeds and everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. The atmosphere os adorable as you can see. And the girl at the counter mentioned she was new, but she was great! They played old school salsa music and it was so nice. I was there for 3 hrs!

I’ve come to Agamon quite a few times now and have been putting off leaving a review because I do enjoy the atmosphere (sometimes the music is too loud almost club like which is off putting), and the barista during the week makes fantastic drinks. Today, though, was my last time ordering any food items from here.

I have tried some kitchen items in the past, and they are honestly not worth it. The taste and temperature are always not the best, plus the wait times are always a bit unacceptable for a café. Though the baked goods are normally pretty good, sometimes a bit dry or like they’ve been sitting out for a bit too long, but the taste is there.

That leads me to today (11/27). The one item I do normally enjoy is the cookies. Today, some of them looked a little off, but I went with the pistachio cookie, and the inside was half raw. Not just soft or extra chewy, that would be great, but I could see and taste that it was still just dough inside. The barista did offer me a refund or an item exchange (so again, great service), but I just ate around the raw cookie instead.

I have seen reviews on here in the past talking about bad food and baked goods, so hopefully the owners will take responsibility and improve the food quality or remove items so they can focus on quality control.

Finally, for the mostly good, the coffees are usually delicious. The barista is always doing a great job even though they are clearly understaffed, as she seems to be the only one doing anything in the front end every time I’m here, which usually leads to a large line forming as she has to take orders, answer the phone, and make drinks.

That is the end of my review, and knowing that the owner will probably comment, feel free to ask me more detailed questions and I’ll share more. I will still come by from time to time, since I do like the drinks, so maybe in the future if the food is fixed I’ll take this review down or edit it.

A Hidden Gem in Easton, PA!

I recently visited this charming luxury cafe in Easton, PA, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful meal.

I ordered “The Killer” Ciabatta, and it was a masterpiece. The combination of Bacon Jam, Mozzarella Cheese, Bacon, Salami, Honey Ham, Roasted Pepper, and Pickles was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. Each bite was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, with the ciabatta bread providing the ideal texture to hold it all together.

To complement my meal, I had a caramel ice cold latte, which was simply divine. The rich, smooth caramel flavor paired perfectly with the refreshing cold brew, making it the perfect drink to enjoy on a warm day.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance of the cafe, with its elegant decor and cozy seating, made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious cafe experience in Easton, PA. I can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings!

Coffee on par with Three Birds. Stop complaining about this decent coffee shop with Easton, alas not new-york-level tasting coffee. Service slow but friendly. They try. Pastries were warmed up. My new york matcha roll was a bit too sweet but excpectedly so. *It can be affordable, the assorted minipastries dont cost that much.* I wish to come again for the hazelnut-topped cake.

Coffee could be better like from that in Top Hat coffee or Victus Coffee.

Note to manager- eveyone well-trained. try to introduce some tasty el-salvador/ honduras blend alongside the house blend, just to improve espresso eventually. And pick up the sign. It fell outside. Put another in the intersection corner if possible. The coffee shop was a little hard to find at first.

Agamon Bakery & Cafe has a fantastic New York vibe that’s both stylish and inviting. The atmosphere feels upscale, like you’ve walked into a chic NYC bakery, making it a great spot for any occasion. And the pumpkin roll? Absolutely amazing. It’s super moist, perfectly spiced, and the cream cheese filling is rich and delicious. Each bite is a treat you won’t want to miss.

We stopped by after visiting the farmers market for coffee and ended up getting the spinach pastry along with a latte and a cappuccino and it was so exciting to see all their different creations from cakes to pastries to crepes to sandwiches, they pretty much have everything and the atmosphere is amazing as well. The coffees tasted great and were the perfect temperature as well and the spinach pastry was shockingly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, I can see my self getting addicted to these

We’ll definitely be back!!!!

AgaMon is an absolute gem! I’ve been lucky enough to try their offerings several times already, and I’m thoroughly impressed every time.

Their pastries are absolutely delicious. Their drinks are just as amazing—refreshing, flavorful, and a perfect complement to their treats. The food is spectacular, especially “The Killer” sandwich! Every meal feels like it’s been made with care and creativity.

What really stands out to me is the aesthetic presentation and attention to detail. Their desserts and pastries are so beautifully crafted that they look like works of art. Fancy, elegant, and picture-perfect every single time.

The atmosphere is another highlight. From the colors and displays to the overall design of the space, it’s such a welcoming and vibrant place. You feel like you’re stepping into something special, and the quality of their treats reflects that.

If you’re in town, don’t miss the chance to try this bakery, it’s truly a breath of fresh air!

We we’re looking for a new coffee shop in the area to try, and stopped at Agamon Bakery and Cafe.
As we were walking in, elegance and beauty of the place were captivating.
The place is full of natural light. There are sitting options inside and outside. It’s not a big place.
Very stylish, chic appearance inside of the Cafe and from outside as well.
We were not looking for a meal. We just came for coffee.
So, we had 2 Americanos, 1 slice of lavender cake, and a spinach croissant.
The coffee was so rich, flavorful – very delicious. My husband who rarely appraises outside food. He loved the coffee and gave all the compliments to it, and he walked to the owner and complimented the coffee and of the Cafe as well.
Lavender cake was very nice. That was something new I tried.
Spinach croissant. You need to self-serve yourself. We asked the staff to warm it up. It took them a while (maybe the toaster/oven wasn’t hot or they are just new). We didn’t mind waiting. It tasted very well.
The Cafe is located very close to Free Delaware River bridge, parks, and walking distance to the Easton Circle.
I highly recommend this café.

The few times I’ve been here, the staff has been very attentive and caring, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. In short, the products are delicious and fresh, as if they were homemade. I loved the variety of desserts, selva negra cake, tropical cake, carnatis, the matcha brownie and the gift box of chocolates with different homemade fillings, I highly recommend them. The sandwich menu is crazy and the crepes are not far behind! The ropa vieja crepe is a homemade sensation, spectacularly seasoned and without a doubt the best! I’m strict with coffee but here it has been the best Colombian coffee I’ve ever had, not to mention the Affogato, that mix of ice cream and espresso! The seasonal drinks they serve are unique, flavors I haven’t seen anywhere else, personally my favorite was the lavender latte and the Rhubarb lemonade. I loved the atmosphere, good music at a comfortable volume, it’s a great location for photo shoots and with a spectacular view of downtown Easton and the river. I will definitely be back!
