Reviews
I have tried some kitchen items in the past, and they are honestly not worth it. The taste and temperature are always not the best, plus the wait times are always a bit unacceptable for a café. Though the baked goods are normally pretty good, sometimes a bit dry or like they’ve been sitting out for a bit too long, but the taste is there.
That leads me to today (11/27). The one item I do normally enjoy is the cookies. Today, some of them looked a little off, but I went with the pistachio cookie, and the inside was half raw. Not just soft or extra chewy, that would be great, but I could see and taste that it was still just dough inside. The barista did offer me a refund or an item exchange (so again, great service), but I just ate around the raw cookie instead.
I have seen reviews on here in the past talking about bad food and baked goods, so hopefully the owners will take responsibility and improve the food quality or remove items so they can focus on quality control.
Finally, for the mostly good, the coffees are usually delicious. The barista is always doing a great job even though they are clearly understaffed, as she seems to be the only one doing anything in the front end every time I’m here, which usually leads to a large line forming as she has to take orders, answer the phone, and make drinks.
That is the end of my review, and knowing that the owner will probably comment, feel free to ask me more detailed questions and I’ll share more. I will still come by from time to time, since I do like the drinks, so maybe in the future if the food is fixed I’ll take this review down or edit it.
A Hidden Gem in Easton, PA!
I recently visited this charming luxury cafe in Easton, PA, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful meal.
I ordered “The Killer” Ciabatta, and it was a masterpiece. The combination of Bacon Jam, Mozzarella Cheese, Bacon, Salami, Honey Ham, Roasted Pepper, and Pickles was a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. Each bite was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, with the ciabatta bread providing the ideal texture to hold it all together.
To complement my meal, I had a caramel ice cold latte, which was simply divine. The rich, smooth caramel flavor paired perfectly with the refreshing cold brew, making it the perfect drink to enjoy on a warm day.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance of the cafe, with its elegant decor and cozy seating, made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious cafe experience in Easton, PA. I can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings!
Coffee could be better like from that in Top Hat coffee or Victus Coffee.
Note to manager- eveyone well-trained. try to introduce some tasty el-salvador/ honduras blend alongside the house blend, just to improve espresso eventually. And pick up the sign. It fell outside. Put another in the intersection corner if possible. The coffee shop was a little hard to find at first.
We’ll definitely be back!!!!
Their pastries are absolutely delicious. Their drinks are just as amazing—refreshing, flavorful, and a perfect complement to their treats. The food is spectacular, especially “The Killer” sandwich! Every meal feels like it’s been made with care and creativity.
What really stands out to me is the aesthetic presentation and attention to detail. Their desserts and pastries are so beautifully crafted that they look like works of art. Fancy, elegant, and picture-perfect every single time.
The atmosphere is another highlight. From the colors and displays to the overall design of the space, it’s such a welcoming and vibrant place. You feel like you’re stepping into something special, and the quality of their treats reflects that.
If you’re in town, don’t miss the chance to try this bakery, it’s truly a breath of fresh air!
As we were walking in, elegance and beauty of the place were captivating.
The place is full of natural light. There are sitting options inside and outside. It’s not a big place.
Very stylish, chic appearance inside of the Cafe and from outside as well.
We were not looking for a meal. We just came for coffee.
So, we had 2 Americanos, 1 slice of lavender cake, and a spinach croissant.
The coffee was so rich, flavorful – very delicious. My husband who rarely appraises outside food. He loved the coffee and gave all the compliments to it, and he walked to the owner and complimented the coffee and of the Cafe as well.
Lavender cake was very nice. That was something new I tried.
Spinach croissant. You need to self-serve yourself. We asked the staff to warm it up. It took them a while (maybe the toaster/oven wasn’t hot or they are just new). We didn’t mind waiting. It tasted very well.
The Cafe is located very close to Free Delaware River bridge, parks, and walking distance to the Easton Circle.
I highly recommend this café.
