Let me start by saying that authentic they really are. I am truly pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying their food is. I only had their Pad See Ew and dessert Mango and Sticky Rice this time. I’m already looking forward to going back there and ordering their curry or Pad Thai.

Pleasantly surprised by great Thai food in Santa Fe! They even had more authentic Thai items like papaya salad and larb on the menu. Service is fast and friendly, and the Thai iced tea was a sweet treat on a hot summer day. My only gripe is that it’s take out only as it’s a food truck. I would love to have them branch out to a restaurant in the future for more dinner options in Santa Fe.

Located in a fun food truck lot. Asked for extra spicy and they didn’t let me down! Delicious Pad Thai and dumplings. Would definitely recommend.

Bo’s is the best place for Thai food in Santa Fe. Everything is homemade and fresh: prepared and served by friendly and happy people. I often get my regular order, Pad Thai Shrimp medium spicy; but also enjoy shumai, curry, chicken satay, fish cakes, and the other items. Everything is good – especially the Thai Ice Tea and mango sticky rice. Thank you for the consistently great food!

I only write reviews on the utter worst experiences and then the most amazing ones. This is it.

This will be our new go to place for Thai food. We order the soup with chicken,Thai basil stir fry & chicken Pad Thai. The flavors were great, it was delicious. We also got the gyoza, my family ate them quickly. I wish we had ordered more. Also the ladies there are very sweet & kind.

Such a great food cart with smashing good Thai food. In a town of so few mixed cultural food experiences, this one is even more special. Def the best food of the few thai spots around. The only Thai food I will eat in this town.

Amid the many food trucks at this location, I thought I would give the Thai place a try. Santa Fe is not known necessarily for South East Asian food. For you travelers out there, I would highly recommend Tuanjai Thai Noodle, in Aztec NM. And if you are traveling further north, make sure to stop at Thai Pagosa in Pagosa Springs, CO. Very authentic and lovely seating indoors.
