The Erbert & Gerbert’s inside the Coborn’s in Sartell is always a great stop. The team works fast, I never have to wait long for my order, and they always have every menu option available. I’ve never had a bad experience here — everything is consistent, fresh, and smooth from start to finish. Definitely a top-notch choice for any lunch break.

Seriously… Today (02/01/25), I went to get the ‘Beacon’ sub for lunch and this is what I received. Just a clump of meat in the middle. I don’t even understand how someone who is trained to make SANDWHICHES of all things can classify this is worthy of a $11 sub. This is ridiculous.

Food was the same as any E&B but the service is horrible. The girls in drive through are so rude!! They act like we were bothering them by coming to the window to pay for our order. So much attitude and we were the ones that said thank you and have a nice day! Seems like a lot of the other reviews have mentioned how unfriendly and rude their workers are. We will not come back to this location. This is not the first time this has happened at this Sartell location.

I never expected to open up my sandwich and have flashbacks to 7th grade lunch time. My $10 sandwich legitimately looked like something you’d expect from a elementary school. There was a couple of thin slices of meat, complete with a spatter of lettuce and barely enough sauce to consider it a topping (see photo). What a joke. Needless to say, this “full” sandwich did not fill me up. How can this franchise continue to operate with quality so low?!

This Erb’s & Gerb’s is located inside the Holiday Express gas station, and has a drive thru. The employees at this location are always very pleasant and helpful, even with my many adjustments and requests. Their full menu is available, along with many soup options which change daily. They do share a sodapop dispenser with Holiday which has a good variety of options, and they have a small dining area for guests to enjoy their meals in. There is also an outdoor seating area, for the less frigid months of the year . Located right on a walking path, near 2 parks, very convenient!
*EDIT: I just want to say that the first several times I went here we’re fantastic. Everything was accurate and delicious. I’m not sure why, but the last four times I have been here either something was missing or was not at all what I ordered.
This last time for my son I ordered a half Jacob Bluefinger with mac and cheese, instead I got a turkey, lettuce, tomato sandwich with no avocado and no provolone cheese. I ordered a full Narmer sandwich with the avocado and mayo on the side, I got about six packets of mayo but no avocado on the side. I ordered an Eruptor with the meat and sauce on the side (so I could eat it later) and no onion. The Eruptor was accurate, but neither of the other sandwiches were correct.
I rather enjoy that the location opened up right next to my apartment!! I just hope that the employees get more accurate with the fulfillment of requests. It is clearly printed on my receipt.

We placed an online order and I showed up a few minutes later in the drive thru to let them know I was there. I wasn’t expecting it to be ready, I just wanted to let them know i was there because the previous times I have ordered online, I had to wait awhile for my food because they didn’t start making my order until they knew I was there. So this time I was letting them know that I was there. The young lady in the drive thru was rude and said to me with attitude that they just got the order a minute ago. The tone of her voice was not polite at all. A more appropriate response would have been just to say that they are working on it. Then when I got the food, I was the one who said thank you, not her.

came in like 15 minutes before closing after a softball game. the cashier was rude. when we walked in they got mad that we came in before closing time. they didn’t say your welcome and they were very rude.

I’m disappointed with my food. I had the Northern (cheese steak). It was barely warm & it feels like the sandwich size has shrank quite a bit. $13 for a small sandwich & small drink seems pretty steep to me.

I can buy the things to make my sandwich for less at Coborns seeing how it’s inside now. I asked for turkey extra cheese, lettuce and mayo and she wanted to charge me for an avocado sub, no avocado plus extra cheese…. What does add avocado charge? Probably the same as cheese…. Not impressed. The guy cooking was better than the counter person. I can make a sub I actually want for cheaper. Thanks for the economics lesson.
