Great atmosphere, bartender was on it and friendly. Fajitas a bit dry! I had the chicken fajitas and I think the chicken was over cooked. Great margaritas! Deseves another chance in my book maybe was an off night.

Great place for drinks! Arrived on a Saturday night, and the place was really busy, but the staff were great and took care of my party with efficiency and a smile. The food left a little to be desired, but not bad for a hectic Saturday night.

Food is ok, the loaded nachos were fantastic. Overall it was good, I wouldn’t say everything was excellent, enough to make me want to return. The biggest thing about Adobe Gilas was the ambiance, especially sitting “outdoors” on their terrace, great view of the park below and sunset. The place is very well decorated. Food came incredibly fast, service was very good. I would recommend.

Have been here several times with friends. I think the food is decent, I wouldn’t say it’s amazing but decent. I can’t comment in drinks too much since I didn’t have any on the occasions I went. The atmosphere is pretty fun at night on the weekends for dancing!

I’ve eaten at many many Mexican restaurants over the years and this one ranks very low. My burrito was filled with more raw onions than anything else. My other issue was too spicy, I am okay with some spicy but still tend to order mild. The mild for both my burrito and the salsa with my chips was too hot to be enjoyable. I am sure some would some would like this but I found it to be outside of normal expectations for what you get when you order the mild options.

Food was way better back when it first opened and for the first couple years. Went back recently and didn’t enjoy the food. Went again last weekend and it was confirmed, not very good. But the atmosphere is nice although the music can be so loud you will have to scream at the person next to you. Waitress was friendly. It was a nice place but I think my visits here have come to an end.

The drinks are good but they never want to serve food. The kitchen closes at 11 pm but they claim they close at 9pm. The waiter was so rude insisting the microwave did not work to heat up leftover food since I couldn’t order nothing at around 9:15 pm. If you only go for drinks then cool but if you wanna enjoy the night and get some food then I do not recommend since the waitress makes up fake times on when the kitchen closes. I would not come again

The waitstaff here was nice although they constantly tried to up sell us on different items. The food here was okay, the portions were small for the price. The price overall was a bit expensive for the quality and portions. The beer here also tasted flat. Overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back here due to the prices and quality of the food.
