Server was absolutely terrible. Rushed everything, careless, attitude… when requesting a to-go box or container she threw it onto my table and then asked me for my parking ticket to verify and she came 5 minutes later to say she couldn’t do it because it was ‘folded’ and threw that too onto my table. The QR code is literally visual, can even scan it through my own phone… I stood up and walked to the front counter and verified it myself under 2 seconds. Regret tipping 20% for a 80$ meal but I’m a nice guy, should’ve just given 0. Good food and atmosphere though. Steak and veggie tacos were 10/10, so were their fries and mojitos but a terrible server that left a bad memory and completely killed the mood and evening. The nice woman working the front desk that evening was fantastic though (had tattoos). Regardless, the experience was a disappointment. I don’t want to be hassled while dining and being polite and courteous to the staff, it should be the same around. I also included a photo of my ticket she swore couldn’t be scanned because it was “folded”. Willing to bet you can scan it yourself just through the screen.

Came for lunch last week and the food was great despite some of the reviews I saw. It was my son’s birthday and he enjoyed the fried ice cream that our server surpsied us with.
Nicki was great! She checked on us often, refilled our waters without having to ask her for anything. I also found out that she is a nursing student, happy to tip extra for service and for her determination. We will definitely be coming again.

Overall good experience. Food was good, large portions, menu did not have prices listed which was unfortunate. The DJ had music from 00’s-today. The appetizers came out with the meal so that wasn’t spaced out as we would’ve liked. The cocktails came in both glass and plastic cups (inconsistent), though they were good. We had to ask for the beer list separately after being seated for a while, the menu only had three happy hour beers listed.
Server wasn’t very attentive after she brought the food. The dessert brought did not match the photos online. Bathrooms were clean. Good vibe, good decor, good for a night out. Cover charge on a Saturday night after a cert point. Pre Halloween weekend. They offered parking validation.

This place has the potential to be so great, but our experience was awful. We came in at 3:30PM on a sunday, only three other tables were seated. Despite advertising a massive draft beer collection, the taps were “unavailable.”
Once we had placed our order, we waited for an 45 minutes before food hit the table. In that time, our server checked on us twice. Not once did she ask if our empty soda cups needed refilled. Not once did she assure us that our food was on the way. She never removed our appetizer tray from an already packed table.
Included in our order we had 2 burgers, 2 quesadillas, and a burrito. One burger medium rare, the other medium. When the food finally, arrived both burgers came out so well-done they were bone dry. My burrito had a solid chunk of onion over an half inch thick in the middle of it.
The waiter never actually waited for us to respond when she asked if everything was okay. I had to go ask the bartender for soda refills.
While we were there, we saw an individual in a wheelchair be seated at a hightop, no ADA-friendly seating, we weren’t ID’d for our alcohol, and the other tables we saw seated after us seemed to have similar substantial wait. Now, an hour and a half after showing up, we’re left begging for the check to escape this sad excuse for a restaurant.
Having to exhaust ourselves for the most basic service items made an already mediocre-at-best food experience feel like a nightmare.

Came here with my co-workers, food was pretty good and we really liked the mango and watermelon margaritas , we ended up getting a pitcher as recommended by our server. Our server Nikki was very attentive and sweet, she checked up on us often and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. We didn’t have to flag her down , she made sure to always come by. Food came out in timely manner. The experience was much better this time then it was when we came 2 years ago.

service was absolutely unacceptable , me and my boyfriend made it up the stairs on a SATURDAY night in rosemont after an event at joes live. which everything went fine at joes. after the event we decided to grab a bite at adobes. which ive been to previously a couple years before. which was a good time. but when me and my boyfriend arrived up the TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AFTER AN EVENT. they denied me service because we were “intoxicated”. but yet is a BAR that sells alcohol. i witnessed a customer “intoxicated “ at the bar and asked why they havent refused him service. they refused to answer my question and continues to racially profile my boyfriend and deny us service when we havent even stepped foot or even spoke to a worker. this establishment was dirty and unacceptable standards of where you would want to enjoy your meal. i have a lawyer working on this case because turn out its not the first time that laura the manager had been racially profiling customers. shes stepped up in my face for no reason. an unforgettable disgusting experience in which ruined my rosemont experience and i will never return. manager/ security also physically assaulted me when i was recording them racially profiling my boyfriend which is my first amendment to publicly record. security pushed my phone and so did the manager. a disrespectful disgusting place and my lawyer will be taking care of this. EDIT: now they’re trying to recieve reimbursement for a broken sign after making physical contact with me lmfao. dont be hispanic in this restaurant that’s all i have to add

I must say the food consistency was different tonight. After visiting before and enjoying everything today I wasn’t very happy. The tacos we got were dry. One of them the meat beef was still red. They did adjust our tab but it was still disappointing. Such a wonderful spot to have food served that made you feel upset that you spent so much money. Safe to say if I ever go back it will be for the drinks and chips with guacamole.

We went there Saturday evening for dinner. Overall experience was not bad. Our server was very sweet and kind.

Not bad, the second time here, the staff was friendly. It was a Monday and cold outside so empty. Food was just okay. You can tell it’s old or sat for a while. Atmosphere vibes are good… could be cleaner. Overall, I would return.
