ZERO STARS… Worst customer service ever.. Came in to get some Lomein and sweet and sour chicken. It was close to closing time and when I walked into the place the first thing I asked was “ Is it too late to put in an order?”.. he said no, what do you want, they didn’t tell me i could not put in an order. When the order came out and there was no lo mein, I went back to the desk to ask the cashier he’s counting the till and he waves me off and tells me “Don’t talk to me, I’m busy. Talk to them in the back”. When I got the attention of one of the cooks, she proceeds to cuss at me in mandarin (which I understood) and tells me they’re closed. I would have been happy to never have put in an order if they were in such a rush to leave. I will never come back here again. ZERO STARS if I could.

It’s good Chinese food for a good price. The orange chicken, shrimp fried rice and lo mein noodles were great. The general Tso’s was a bit lacking. We couldn’t really taste a difference between that and the orange chicken. Otherwise it was good!

This was my first time going to this restaurant, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. The lady at the counter was very mean and rude. I still ordered a small shrimp fried rice, but it was disappointing. The rice had large chunks of white onion and only about four small shrimp. It was very oily, and the shrimp tasted very fishy, like it wasn’t fresh. It didn’t taste like what I’m used to at all. Despite everything, I still told her I hope she has a Happy New Year.

Unbelievably rude attitude! Don’t recommend this place! I got kicked out with my unfinished food today!!!!
I walked in myself today and told them I am the only one will eat inside. I ate pretty fast, probably took me less than 10 minutes to the point almost finished the food, the waiter told me I need to get out there because they were closing, I had to take the rest of the food and get out of the restaurant! What a joke! Do you really need to insult your customer to safe 5 minutes? If so who do you take my order when I told you I need to eat inside?
When I was ordering my food, the waiter kept asking me what else I need, I ordered one thing after he asked me, then he asked me what else I need again, to be polite, I ordered the second thing, then he asked again, then I ordered the third thing, and he asked again, I told him at the beginning, I was the only one person, how much can one person eat?! lol! I won’t come to this place again! Get some authentic Chinese food please! By the way, four of their sesame balls together is the size of one at other Chinese restaurant, and they ask for $4.99!

Food is not great. They don’t let you order noodles and rice together on a plate. You have to do one or the other. We sat at a table in the middle and the lady asked us to move to a table on the edge. The chicken wss borderline inedible. Gross flavor. I won’t be back. Save your money. There are also no napkins anywhere when you are sitting at the tables and they don’t have water cups. You have to pay for a bottle of water. The plates were paper.

Parking was easy. It is a small facility with a few tables. We walked up to the counter and ordered. We dined in.
We ordered, no veggies sweet & sour chicken with sauce on the side with white rice & 2 crab rangoons, beef & broccoli with fried rice & 2 crab Rangoon, Mongolian beef with white rice, 6pcs of crab rangoons, and 1 can of soda and 2 bottle of water. They do not provide tap water. Bottles of water were the same price as the soda can ($0.99 for each drink).
Our food came quickly. It was hot (temperature-wise) and tasted good.
Our bill came to a little over $50 (excluding tip).

Honey shrimp and Sechzuwann shrimp party trays plus the fried rice party tray. Food was fresh and tasted great! Shrimps were big with very large portions. Website will say that it’s a serving for five but one tray could feed at least eight people. Been to many Chinese food restaurants and that tops it all! This family business went above and beyond. I walked in very late considering how large my order was but they still accommodated me! Would definitely recommend and for sure coming back.

I stopped for lunch here as I drove through the Wisconsin Dells area. The food was excellent! I ordered the mixed veggies/ tofu entree with white rice. The meal was served hot and the veggies were crisp tender and there was a sizeable amount of tofu. Delicious! I was full. The young Thai lady who took my order was friendly. We had an enjoyable conversation and I was impressed to learn she was taking Spanish to better serve the Spanish speaking customers who stopped in the restaurant. Kudos to you, Nam! Located at the exit for Great Wolf Lodge this is a great place for Asian food. The provide dine in, take out and delivery service. It is located adjacent to the Citgo gas station that sports a large green dinosaur. Highly recommended.
