Easily the best tasting food from a food truck that I have ever had. Ranks right up there with some of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to. I’m not sure that I have had better Mexican food in the Lansing area. Reasonably priced and always satisfying. The breakfast burritos are HUGE and well worth the $8.99.

My family has frequented Pancho’s (especially during the pandemic – it was a great takeout option). The nachos have always been amazing. Except today I opened the container and stared at the nachos in disbelief as the portion was about half the original size and the prices have increased. Today was a very disappointing experience and it seems other customers are noticing the same thing.

They have 5 stars for a reason. Tucked behind a business, you could miss it easier than catching it off of a busy Saginaw rd in Grand Ledge. Pictured and devoured is Carne asada tacos. Will go back for everything else on the menu.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Simple authentic food that’s perfectly priced. Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the Grand Ledge area stop by. They also had coke in the glass bottle 🙂
