Only reason we gave a 4 was the lamb Chops were a little bland and slightly firm and they ran out of the wagyu prime rib after we had already ordered but they made up for that with the scallops and dessert. The braised beef and mashed potatoes with the lamb was fantastic. The duck and Barrata was a win as well.

Came during restaurant week. The restaurant is to the right after entering the hotel. Was a little confused as we only saw signage for the steakhouse, but they have the same hostess stand.
They have little tablets for their regular menu which was fancy. However, there were no prices visible.
We just ordered from the restaurant week menu. Everything was delicious with decent portion size. We had leftovers.
Our server, Caleb, was okay. He was very nice but a little forgetful, and there were long wait times between courses, to ask for the check, etc. He also charged for a soda refill that we never asked for and that he just brought automatically. We didn’t bother saying anything about it. There was another issue with our check, but that was remedied.

After a long flight we grabbed lunch at this cute gem located inside the Hilton. The service was quick and the food was fresh. The drinks were amazing. This will be our go to when we are in town.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of Ad Lib; it’s a very cozy atmosphere and perfect for chatting with others or enjoying a drink. I also had great service as well; Ellen was an amazing hostess and Ashley was a great server. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp, and I got a very small portion for my meal. The shrimps were still uncooked in the middle, and they cost $8 each, almost the cost of salad itself. While I might stop by for a drink, I don’t think I would get a meal here again.

I stopped by twice during a recent trip, and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant was full, so the kitchen was a bit slow. The tacos were phenomenal. I also had the whipped ricotta, and it was fine, but much saltier than I expected. On another night, I ordered the gluten free tiramisu to go, and while it wasn’t pretty, it was a delicious, fluffy dessert.

Best fries I’ve ever had. Easily. Would go back just for those. Burger was also very good. No dry bites and nice to have a restaurant that actually intends to listen when they ask how you’d like it cooked – unlike most places that bring you medium well or well no matter what you say. The service was also excellent. Including a fun little joke about my Chimay beer! Only negative at all: the water in the bathroom sinks was ICE COLD. Looking forward to returning with my family.

Such a nice restaurant I went here for my 21st birthday a few weeks back a forgot to write a review. I had the meatballs which was so good amd a cheesecake for dessert. For my drink I had a strawberry lemon drop and it wasn’t strong!

Pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free options labeled clearly on the menu. Educated staff knew which items to stay away from on the breakfast buffet. Parker even brought out gluten-free toast for my breakfast. Friendly staff; great food.

The service was very slow and didn’t quite know how to keep things moving. Fortunately the food was very good. All dishes we enjoyed and had a nice serving even for the starters. Clams and oysters were fresh. Seating is not great as a bit loud by the bar. The service needs improvement. Also prefer paper menus vs the tablet.

The drinks were delicious and tasty. The Korean BBQ sandwich was well crafted and the sauce was an excellent compliment to the chicken. The pizza was well seasoned with fresh mozzarella. The burrata bolo was undercooked, however the server took it off the bill immediately. I would eat at this restaurant again while visiting Mid-town Harrisburg or staying at the Hilton. The atmosphere is lovely and inviting.
