Celebrated my 19 year wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The salmon was deliciously stuffed with broccoli rabe. The fried calamari a must! The staff was so nice and our server Andy made our day special with a dessert and lit it with one of those sparkling candles. I highly recommend this place!

I took my daughter and four friends out for a birthday brunch.. Firstly, the staff is amazing. Our waiter was so attentive and patient. Two people from our party were an hour late due to traffic, they were very patient and understanding. The food was phenomenal and the prices were extremely reasonable. We sat indoors looking out on the water. What a fantastic view.

Just had my baby shower in the private upstairs room , and I can’t say enough, if I could give more stars I would . From the day we booked the room , Fabio made our event so easy and hassle free , he explained everything his restaurant had to offer . The night before the party , his staff and himself were all hands on helping set up and made sure everything was to my liking. As far as the day of the party , me and all my guests couldn’t be happier, we had an amazing time and the food was beyond my expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was top notch and had my party flowing so smooth, they made clean up a breeze as well ! I highly recommend Acqua for you next special event , or just a night out for great food and wonderful hospitality.

Food and service were AMAZING well beyond expectations …the raving reviews are real. A gem deep on the South shore waterfront. Kyle and the entire wait staff were phenomenal … truly. Apps, dinner and drinks were ALL delicious. Portions were big and reasonably priced. A little chilly eating in the enclosed tent … nothing unbearable and it seemed like indoor seating might be available upstairs. The whole family called dibs on the leftovers on the ride home. Checking the calendar to find a reason to return!! (FIVE) Star dining experience here. I could go on and on …

Staff was very accommodating for us with two little babies in strollers. It was pleasant to sit outside on the water. They had portable heaters to keep us a little warmer. They brought the food out and was hot. Everything tasted like fresh seafood! And I recommend their penne a la vodka the portion is huge and the sauce beats many Italian restaurants.

AcQua is one of my favorite restaurants in Merrick which has friendly staff and good food. This time we went for our anniversary and enjoyed a good food, drink and view. They accommodated my request for having the veal parmigiana sauce on the side which I appreciated, the only complaint is that the veal parmigiana was a little dry on the edges. Our waitress was super nice and caring. And I would return back as always.
