Acapulco fresh has my favorite chimichanga of any local chain Mexican restaurants. It’s too bad there’s not a lot of these around anymore this one on the Microsoft campus seems to be the only one.

This place is great. Lots of options and fairly speedy service. A few things have changed since the covid reopening: there is no longer a salsa bar and they do not do their specialty drinks anymore, sadly. They also do not accept cash any longer.
